I place an order ever friday because for my kids it’s ” Pizza Friday” . I order via app because its efficient. I usually am travel from shop road back to Irmo so I usually set a time for 45mins out to pick up. Its always hot, its always fresh, its always ready. I just punch my code in and off I go. The staff is always awesome even if I forget to place my order in advance and have to wait they say they can bring it to my car……. it make mom life a little less frustrating and im so thankful for them for that action.

I was disappointed in the pizza we ordered. The toppings in the 3 meat seem to have shifted. I had to recut it as well as the pepperoni pizza because the cheese had melted back together. The dough thickness was NOT up to standards, and was like a thin crust pizza with NO crispness. The only good thing was the pizzas got delivered on time.

Ordered through the app. Got to the store. Watched them put my food in the pizza portal. Walked in. Got my food. Got home shortly after. And was extremely disappointed in the pizza. It was flatter than thin crust and had almost no cheese on it. The bread sticks tasted like dish soap. This is the third time I’ve been there in the past few months. And all three times were disappointing. There is a very good chance yall lost me as a customer for good. Kind of sucks considering this used to be a good place to get a quick pizza at a good price.

I usually come here for the Italian Cheese Bread but I had stopped coming before because they were always giving me bread that had been sitting for awhile. So because I really wanted some bread and didn’t want to drive farther I stopped by today and I must say that I’m very much pleased. Harris was very professional and courteous, he opened the bread box and showed it too, seeing that it looked like it had been sitting for awhile he asked if I would like a fresh one. I’ve never been asked that here, I’m very pleased with the service i received today. MONSTER S/O TO HARRIS.

Went through the drive throu to pick up my order, friendly workers as always! Which is dope. So i got my order came home didnt wanna touch it yet (cuz dirty/work). Got home opened up my bread stick and they Look beautiful and nice like a sick should! Sooo Dope! The. The pizza it looked Wicked, cooked just right not burt but crispy there you need it. All in all Thank You All that work at this location ya’ll do an awesome job every time ive gone there! Thank You Again, much love keep being Dope!

This is their pepperoni cheeser cheeser. When I went back in to ask why these look totally different from their marketing pictures, the response was totally lacking in education. These pizzas took 10 mins to get. When I ask to get 3 pepperoni extra mostest instead, I was told I’d have to wait 20 mins this time. Notice in my pictures, 3, maybe 4 pepperonis per slice, their wall picture has 6 and 7 per slice. Also, the wall picture shows 1 pepperoni length from the edge, not my pictures. However, the guy working stated they could not make these pizzas any better. Also, this pizza is way under cooked. Smh.

I’m not sure if this is because of the restaurant or because of the Door Dash deliverer (Paula), but this is RIDICULOUS! A piece of the cheese pizza was taken by my toddler, but this is horrible customer service… And I will never order delivery from LC again since they use DD!

This visit to Little Caesars was terrible. usually our only problem is that our order that we placed through the app is not ready at the time that it says it’s going to be ready. This time, it said my order will be ready at 7:08 and I did not get my order until 7:45 and when I got my order one of the pizzas was burnt. The person that handed me my pizza as I got out of my car to walk inside to check on my order laughed when I came back inside with the burnt pizza because he knew that it was burnt. He literally said to the shift leader quotation mark is that the burnt pepperoni? I was so upset and disappointed with this Little Caesars because this is one of the better ones in my area. They need to get their act together. the shift leader try to make an excuse and say that the person that makes their dough left early or quit yesterday is actually what he said so they had no more deep dish pizza dough so I could not buy an additional Italian cheese bread and the pizza that they burnt was a deep dish and they could not replace it tonight. This was a horrible experience and I really hope that when I speak to the general manager then this gets corrected.
