I used to really like this location: quick and easy, even ordering from the app where they used doordash went well only having a few sauces forgotten now and then. However, it has gotten ridiculously bad particularly when doing the delivery option with the app, the amount of times my order gets canceled or majorly delayed then canceled because this location allows other dashers pick up my order is crazy. (And then you get to have fun playing phone tag or on hold to get
your refund) I only give more than one star because the food is (I think because I only receive it if I go in person) ok.

I ordered on the Little Caesars app. They use DoorDash for delivery. 2 items were missing. The delivery person told me that I had to call little Caesar’s to request the items. So i did. I don’t know who hired this rude Cuban lady but she’s HORRIBLE. she would talk over me on the phone and did not even try solving my issue. I asked her for her name and she hung up on me.

I ordered from here today and usually their pizza is very good and especially great for parties.But I spent $102.00 for pizzas for a party and I definitely did not get my moneys worth. The service was great like usual but the pizza its self tasted horrible and little ceasers pizza is known for good tasting pizza and every single pizza was gross I ordered 9 for the party. Noone wanted to eat the pizza it was not good at all. The cheesy bread though was still good just tasted a little weird but wasn’t to bad. Overall I don’t think I will be ordering from here again and I just wasted alot of money for food that tasted awful and went to waist.

Ordered online and made a mistake so was unable to pick up pizza in the drive thru. I explained I had 4 small children and they told me to park in front and leave my children in the car (in a fire lane, in 89 degree weather). Walked inside with 4 kids and not one employee offered to help me as they watched me struggling carrying 2 pizzas, an infant carrier and a toddler. I understand there are policies however kindness and decent customer service go a long way. At the very least they could have helped me open a door–at least a customer was nice enough to open a door as the employees ignored me.

Manager was very rude when requested a receipt the receipt that was given was a sale decline when I paid cash she made no attempt to assist the clerk in all efforts to provide a decent receipt my order number is 106-2673 the sale decline piece of receipt that they gave me had another customer’s credit card information on it and it was a decline sale at order number 1062681 I paid cash for a 2 l which was a separate order that went through just fine her impatience and neglect to secure other customers private information the manager should be under review for her actions and disrespect as I was cut off by asking there’s no possible way for a receipt.

Multiple times now I order online or call ahead and my food is almost never ready at this lugoff Little Ceasars. Even if its “hot and ready” I’ve called ahead and my food wasn’t ready. I’m currently still waiting for an order I placed online over an hour ago. I arrived right on time for my pickup which was 20 min ago now. Still waiting and now I’m late for the party. My pizzas , the part that was ready on time, has been sitting outside of the warming oven since i got here so I’m sure they will be soggy and cold. Thanks for the poor customer service. Hopefully my food,whatever we’re holding on, will be ready soon. At least they gave me time to write this review.

We eat here occasionally because my son likes it. We order made to order over ready made. Tonight It taste, felt, and looked like ready made that had sat out for hours to the point that the crust was hard and stale. Everyone in our house is now sick from it. My son will have to suck it up because we won’t be eating here anymore.

Extra Most Bestest pizza is not worth your money! They are nothing like advertised. Some slices have little pepperoni on them. Store manager says maybe some pepperoni slides over when they take it the oven. I have never known pepperoni to slide. False advertising it seems to me. I compared a regular pepperoni pizza to a Extra Most Bestest and they looked the same to me.

I came into this establishment about 915. My food was made fresh but your girls in the back they had on no gloves messing with food. You had one to run outside come back in with a soda and a bag of chips. She did not wash her hands and started messing with food your lady at the drive-through Was taking money and not washing her hands and handling people food. I work in health field and this is unacceptable. You had ghetto music and all kind of profanity going on in the back and this was March 14, 2025. The service was horrible. I don’t think I will be visiting this establishment anymore poor Service you have customers in the store and they’re using profanity in the back and loud ghetto music
