I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Capriotti’s. I ordered a large Bobbie sandwich and was acknowledged for my request for half with cranberry and half without. Even the sticker on the sandwich showed the special request, so it was clearly noted — but when I got home and opened it, the entire sandwich had cranberry on both halves. It’s frustrating when a simple instruction is printed right on the order and still ignored. I really enjoy the food here, but mistakes like this make it hard to trust that my order will be made correctly next time!

I love Caps… When I lived in Vegas, I had it nearly every day for lunch.
This is an awful location. Employees aren’t customer service oriented, the place is routinely dirty (not swept floors, not cleaned tables/counters), and when attempting to use member perks, I was told that it’s only valid when buying through the app.
Food, service, and atmosphere are all FAR better at most other locations.

I feel bad for the poor girl working with the male manager. They were backed up on orders and he wasn’t helping prepare any food. At all. Unboxing napkins was more important for him I guess. Doordash had me abandon the order.

3 people oder after me they all got their foods. when I walked up to them they asked me , what are you waiting for? I told them what I oder and oder before the 3 people that they already got their foods. then the guy asked what’s you name.i told him my the name on the oder. Then the lady call, my husband walked up to get the oder, she said I try to call you. That’s a big liar I was seating right near the counter and watching them all the time no one has call at all.

Capriotties has gone from a premiere sandwich shop to a complete disaster over the last 4 years or so. There’s trash all over the floor and the people working there are not trained at all. The shops in the Reno area are on a failing path. The shop on Kietzke is horrible. The person taking my order got it wrong 3 times just in the ordering process and the sandwiches were not even close. If slow and dirty is what you want then go here.

They had B crew on lunch duty today at the Kietzke location. Kept losing sandwiches mixing up orders. I sat around waiting 20 minutes for my online order just to get the saddest Capastrami I’ve ever received from the place. Love this sandwich shop but I’m skipping this location from now on.

Our company ordered 4000$ worth of sandwiches for our Thanksgiving company lunch. We ordered it two weeks in advance, and they made it on the wrong day. The first group of sandwiches were labeled and when we went to pick up the others, none were labeled. They assured us that all of them in the same bag were the same sandwiches. They were not. We were missing sandwiches, and the mix was totally incorrect.
