I literally just picked up four pizzas and a small box of Puffs and this is the first time that I have been to this restaurant myself when I say that Trey had the best customer service ever literally he was phenomenal in the restaurant on the inside was absolutely clean absolutely amazing and I’m not an easy person so please when it comes to service at restaurants. With that being said I would give them 10 Stars right now if I absolutely could Trey was phenomenal it’s pouring rain outside he walked my food out he waited one by one as I loaded all four pizzas he did not have a problem going in the back getting me cookies he was so polite the entire time when I approached the drive-thru he was the most respectful gentleman I have ever had in an encounter with so far in this town at any restaurant and I stand ten toes on that you go Trey thank you so much for making my experience here awesome I definitely will be back

Yup. I know it’s just a cheap pizza joint but they are providing the best pizza around. So disappointed in 36th, pizza hut, Etc. the stuffed crust pepperoni is less than $10 and it’s great! And, their marinara is awesome with the Italian bread.

I’m not sure I expect high quality but this is missing most of its cheese, under sized, dry, and has no time date sticker on it for when it was made. It was awful, the one part I ate tasted like a stale breadstick…
Edit: Thought I was a bit harsh on my first review and tried them again, the second photo is the pizza and sticks I got, if these bread sticks were any thinner they would vanish. I’ve had these at other locations and yes they are normally rather thin but this one I can legitimately see light through.
Two times now, two awful experiences. I would avoid this place

I’m just a sucker for bad service I guess, but I love Little Caesar’s and returned yet again ordered a pizza and a cheese bread, 10-15 minute wait on my cheese bread, no problem. Ask for the pizza to eat well I wait and I’m told “we don’t do that we bring it all out at once” quite rudely actually like I was asking for something crazy, Seriously?
So I’ve got to wait for an item I paid for and can see in the warmer tell my cheese bread is done I haven’t eaten today and am hungry now, I bought the dang thing give it to me. If it wasn’t ready sure I’ve got no problem waiting but you literally just told me I’m waiting on a cheese bread not a pizza. Ended up being a 20 minute wait, they are busy I get it, but this is why I wanted the pizza for the wait.
Food was actually good this time, but there’s still no time/date stickers on anything.
This is my last time, I’ve tried so hard to love this location. I’ve emailed corporate with no responses, the people who work here couldn’t care less, no response to any of my reviews or comments, nothing it’s just a bad location with poor staff unfortunately.
I’m just dumb and keep trying to get things here, I love the food when it’s right… this time I got the wrong item that was over cooked anyway, and watched the guy put it back after I bought it back in from the drive through, that’s just nasty. Adding yet another photo because it’s so bad I don’t think anyone would believe me. I paid and left empty handed this time…

Ordered an Italian cheese bread again with two sauce cups, ordered at 5:25, got no receipt (why was it $14 also!?!?) and waited 23 minutes for my 10 minutes wait, watched the entire parking lot empty while I was still waiting, called to see if I was forgotten and only got “I ordered an Italian cheese bread” and was told “hold on” and the phone hung up… Once again leaving empty handed.
I hate how much I like their food, I actually wish I didn’t like it at this point

I use this location once or twice a month and really never had a bad experience. Never had them mess up an order and my order size is usually around 100 dollars for work and friends and 50 dollars for family . But we do eat it for a day or two. I always ask for extra marinara sauce but not because they are trying to rip you off like Pizza Hut does. I have to get twenty extra sauces there to equal two sauces of Little Caesars. So good job on not hosing us on the condiments. I feel we are paying more than enough for your pizza no need to go in dry on us with the condiments and charge a five dollar fee for a drop of sauce like Pizza Hut. Can you tell I am never going back to Pizza Hut yet? Okay okay back to Little Caesars they are clean,fast, and friendly. Plus I come here enough to know they consistently have good service so thank you guys and keep up the good work. Plus they love Cookie and always pet him. Cookie is my dog

This is just unacceptable, poor customer service, handling and character. Order was messed up and was given the wrong pizza that I paid for on the app a couple weeks ago “This was the free pizza to make up for the mess up.” The manager is nice and reminded me to come back that my name is in the books, but the employees. I called in and they had an attitude and honestly just quit if you don’t want to work there. Whoever owns this store they’re running it into the ground. Looks like they ate off of it.

Made the mistake of giving this place another chance. Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic parmesan wings. I got 2 pizzas and garlic parmesan wing soup which is apparently served ICE COLD. I didn’t find out until I was halfway home when I reached my hand up to stop the container from sliding off the top of the box in the dark. I had no idea it was possible to screw up wings this badly. Unless of course this is some sort of prank, in which I’m not laughing.
The wings were colder than the 2l of Pepsi I got.

I don’t know who owns this store. But they need to say something to their employees. When we went tonight the drive thru line was full and so was the parking lot with people waiting on their food. As we got to the window there where 3 employees just sitting there playing on their phones in clear sight. I’m sure there was something they could be doing to help get food out faster to people waiting and if they were all on break I’m sure there is some where else to sit and play on your phone besides the drive thru window.
