Google maps hours listed are wrong, came to the store for dessert for my family only to find it closed. I called to see if maybe the drive thru was open. When I mentioned the hours being wrong I got some excuse about Google needing to contact the business to change the hours but that they are posted on the door. The hours on the website have the store closing at 8pm on Sundays and opening at 4:30am all but one day. Folks often look up store hours BEFORE driving to a place. Unfortunately my son was looking forward to his dessert very much tonight but there is just too much conflicting information to be trusted.

I had not been to the Paddock Lake Baskin Robbin and was going to grab an ice cream cake for Easter and grab a Sundae. We arrived at 7:52 PM. The doors were locked but 2 employees were in there. They looked but would not come over. The sign said the lobby closed at 8PM. Online stated that the store closes at 8 PM. I called and was told that the lobby closes at 7:45 PM but the drive through is open. I go to the drive through to order the sundae and they say no, you can only get coffee. Unbelievable!

I ordered a cake on Saturday since they needed 48 hours to make it picking it up on Thursday. Came to get my cake and was told it wasn’t made. They can only give me a cake they have already cause there is only one lady that makes it. Now that’s about 5 days no one could call and say we can’t accommodate that order so I could go to another place. And on top of that it’s not even free they’re just swapping it. Poor management thanks for ruining a birthday! Hope someone does the same on yours. Learn how to communicate with your customers better.

This may be one of the worst businesses in the area. They consistently close early. You can place an online order for pick up, pay online and then go find out the store is closed when you go to pick up your order. Whoever manages this store needs to figure things out.

I love Baskin Robbin’s and am so happy to have one in the area! The young lady who served me was very nice and the chocolate chip ice cream was delicious.
