DEC 17th,2025, at around 6:30, my son and I were in the store and witnessed and experienced the general manager being extremely rude to 2 other customers as well as ourselves. A Doordash driver typed in his code at the portal and when he tried to get the pizza the portal door closed before he could get it out, he then asked for help, which never came, then he decided to try the code again it worked so he got the order out. The problem is the “general manager” then came out and said he was no longer allowed in the store, with absolutely no provocation. We were all stunned at her rudeness. The guy did absolutely nothing wrong, and she said she would call the sheriff to have him removed, when he was calm the whole time, just shocked at her reaction. He asked for her name and the corporate #, she just said she was the “general manager ” and that she can ban anyone she wants. The other customer and I both said he didn’t do anything wrong and then she went in the back and was loudly telling 2 workers the guy did something that he absolutely did not do. When the lady customers order came out, she said again that the guy did nothing wrong and she didn’t have to be so rude. I chimed in as well saying all he did was type in the code and he got his pizza, at which point the “general manager ” said he broke the portal and that he broke portal #1, the thing is, the portal this guy got his order from was on the bottom half, so definitely NOT portal 1. The other customer again said the guy did nothing wrong. This is when the “general manager ” said that we could be banned too. She did not like anyone questioning her version of events. This “general manager ” absolutely needs to be fired.4 seperate customers, with nothing in common (except my son and I)all saw what we saw and calmly stated the Mgr was wrong and she flipped out on us all. She was clearly wrong, but didn’t want to be told so.

Waited months to get these again, so was pretty disapppinted to see them overcooked and too much bread. Nothing like the picture. Tasted like burnt dough with a hint of cheese, sauce and pepperoni:<

Every weekend I order from this location because of convenience. My food is always ready when I go to pick it up. I drive another 30 mins to get home and my pizza is still hot. This store gets my business because of the quality and customer service. Like the guy said when he hands me my pizza order, I’ll see you guys again next weekend.

I’m no Dave Portnoy, but this is some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had! To start, I ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni Pizza. As you can see, I’ve received the wrong pizza or this is a case of fraud. I would be able to look past this being the wrong pizza if it tasted decent. It does not and now I feel obligated to let the free world know that this pizza should be sent back to the factory it was produced in. Unless you are held against your will, eat anywhere else.

Paid for my pizza online, I put in the wrong email address so I didn’t have the code to get my pizza out of the bin . It clearly showed my name and I could show where I paid for it. The manager says she could not give me my pizzas and threw them in the trash right in front of me instead of trying to resolve it. That is wild stuff!

Purchased $30+ of inedible pizza. Called to communicate my issues and was told to drive back for a refund. Unfortunately was unable to do so, being that I live 15 min away.
Spoke to the GM Kelsey the day after, and was interrogated as if I was trying to hustle her for free pizza. She pulled my address and said it was only 7 or so miles away and couldn’t have been that difficult to return the pizza yesterday. Incredibly insulting conversation with her, with her explaining how it couldn’t have happened the way I described. Was reluctantly offered a credit for a free pizza, like she was doing me a favor.
This place is ran by juveniles that couldn’t operate a vehicle, no less a restaurant. Instead of taking ownership and doing the right thing, you all decided to be petty and insult and interrogate. Just a terribly ran operation. Keep your free pizza, the cardboard box you serve it in will be just as appetizing.

The young man who took our order was absolutely a gem! Young folks these days in the food industry seem to lack customer service training but he did amazing! Gave my little girls free cookies, was pleasant and positive to work with!

They didn’t put pepperoni on the pepperoni and cheese pizza. And the sausage pizza was barely cooked had to put it in the toaster oven just to enjoy it. They should really have a competent person on shift instead of a bunch of kids who don’t care about anything.
