I just experienced the rudest service in this Clinton Little Ceasars. When I went in I asked the cashier if they had hot and ready wings. I wanted 3 orders. They only had 2 ready so the cashier said it only takes 10 minutes to make them. I said ok I can do that. I will just go next door to Jersey Mike’s and come back. It took at least 15 minutes in Jersey Mike’s. So I returned and the cashier said just a few more minutes. After waiting 15 minutes at the counter I asked about how much longer on the 10 minute wings. Then the African American girl with her hair in a bun with the dark spots beneath her eyes sucked her teeth went to the back and then all I heard was her slamming stuff around. Then she comes out and rudely says, “I know she may have told you 10 minutes but it takes 13 minutes to make these.” I was like okay. Now to me, it sounds like there is an internal problem where as I am a customer, I could care less that you all have a timing issue amongst yourselves behind the counter. She needed to first apologize that I was given wrong information on wings that actually took a little longer than 30 minutes. She needed to get the cashier straight on the timing that I was told so she won’t tell the next customer erroneous information. You never knkw if a person that walks in has 30 minutes to waste. Which is the reason I asked the timing before I ordered and paid. But this young girl with the slamming around items and her rude manner in which she spoke to me as if she needed to get ME straight and eye rolling. Whomever owns this place may need to rethink her being a face the customers see. She is a NASTY one! I will go anywhere else but Little Ceasars in Clinton, NC again. You can thank your Nasty Attitude Having employee for a lost customer. No name tag. No one had a name tag, therefore I gave the best description I could. I visited on 12/29/25 around 1:15 pm. So I’m sure the boss knows what nasty attitude I’m talking about.

Terrible customer service. The young lady at the front counter was okay but the GM is an AA lady. She has terrible customer service to be a GM and she was in the back. She tried to give me undercooked pizza and said she couldn’t remake it nor put it back in. I also can half see the GM in the back and I can hear her making remarks I asked the cashier if she could tell the gm to come speak to me plz and then all of a sudden the gm is saying it can be remade? Nope the energy was bad and I decided I didn’t want to eat here because lord knows what she would’ve tried to do with my food. If you don’t want to work-stay home. I was very displeased and will not be eating here again

Absolute trash. Raw dough on the pizza and crazy bread that were the size of a finger and not even cooked. Classic pizzas were paper thin with raw dough on the bottom. How they charge 50% more for 50% less product is unjustifiable, and not even cooked at that. Called the manager after an hour round trip and the guy couldn’t care less.

Nasty pizza, old dough or dough is thick at the crust and way thin in middle, making it impossible to pick up a slice. Pep had thick oil on top.. Out of 5 pizzas 2 weren’t even cooked all the way through. HAD TO COOK IT OURSELVES!! Called and the “mgr” i was told. Said they don’t keep old dough. And my pizza was cooked. Then told me he wasn’t even the mgr. Very sad place. Don’t waste your money here, pizza hut and domino’s is right around the corner. Their food is way better. Buyer beware!!

done. My order wasn’t all the way right, but I am so very
appreciative that their staff went above and beyond to
fix everything in a timely manner. A special thanks to
their manager who went out of her way to acknowledge the mix-up and offer her sincerest apologies. I understand the restaurant business can be very hectic and fast paced, so the biggest thanks to Manager Jameeka for her professionalism and concern for the customer. Will definitely be back!!

I ordered from here a few days ago and I had the greatest experience. Jameeka was the woman who waited on me and she had a smile and personality like no other. She was very polite and attentive. The woman named Jasmine was very rude and just had a nasty attitude. My overall experience was excellent.

I will never order from this place again. I placed an order for 20 pepperoni pizza and all of them were cold and undercooked. Pizza was super tough to even tear apart and serve. $135 order. Waste of money! Never again! Super dissatisfied!

Ordered a cheese less pretzel pizza and got this one. What a joke. I will not be back to this location . The kid working said they just put whatever the yellow is and salt on regular crust. I came in for lunch the other day and got a lunch combo. The manager Jameeka was really friendly. She asked me how my day was and thats rare that people actually care. I was having a rough day but she made it better. Kudos to this store and manager.

Jasmine had the worst customer service I had ever seen in my life and I personally work in management , her rudeness and unawareness is not what a manager should obtain. But luckily yall have a gm in the store that does have those traits if it wasn’t for the general manager if I’m not mistaken her name is jameeka Marshall she was wonderful and very helpful and turned my experience right around . Thank you again Ms.Mashall .
