Food is okay, not great. The nuggets are super thin. Idk if they get squished in the freezer or what. I think we should bring back the crown nuggets. They were so much better. I will say the drive thru people are usually really nice. It does take a little longer than it should to get your food.

Drove up asked for 2 for 5 ham egg and cheese the young man asked if that was for both..I replied in a soft tone I didn’t ask for any thing else.. he replied with total and pay at first window. I got to window gave him my card he returned it with receipt and slammed the window in my face. I got to second window the young lady hands my bag to me a say he’s in a bad mood with a smile she smiles back and slides the window shut saying have a good day in sarcastic tone . Your employees need to have better training. Good day

For the 1st time in my life I am impressed! The two guys working were super polite and nice. My food was hot and fresh! My cheese I added to my original chicken sandwich was even melted and that never happens. I usually avoid this place but it was a last minute grab lunch on my way by kinda deal. And I am not disappointed! Thanks Guys, excellent job! Sincerely, a local restaurant manager who understands the struggle!

Customer service was great, food is traaash! Sent back my chicken sandwich for being basically an empty sock. Got the OCS and it tasted like fish. Fries were clearly re-heated. But the service was super nice, hence the 1 and only star.
