I ordered a good amount of food on the app and the store was very busy when I arrived. I feel like they handled everything well and were polite. All of my food was tasty and well made. The Maple Bourbon BBQ whopper was really good.

I ordered online, it took them 15 minutes to even answer the drive thru just for me to tell them I ordered online. It took 20 more minutes for my food to be ready. The quality was lacking, the bacon was burned, somehow it was overcooked and undercooked at the same time. The buns were stale. I used to come here often, and somehow the quality has dropped immensely. Would not recommend.

Burger King in Covington Va has improved over the past year or so 100% the food is always hot and fresh. Times before you would see employees outside smoking, setting in the sidewalk loafing. I believe we must have a new management team and employees. Way to go Covington Va

Bacon overcooked, dry and cold, fries were cold, everything tasted old, then they basically dumped sauce all over everything inside the bag, all over the sandwich papers and it got everywhere, went back in to ask for a new bag, and he tossed a new bag, the lady got my cup after handling money, touched the rim and put her hands inside the cup, guys in the back was touching there hats and everything then handling food.

This Burger King is a great place to go. They were open when I was a kid then shut down for a long time. They have now reopened and are doing well. The staff are friendly, the food is prepared very well. I enjoy that the food isn’t made sloppy if I wanted that I’d fix it at home. They seem to take pride in making the food look and taste good.

They need to close this restraunt. The service is terrible. I waited 50 mins for burger and fries. Then when I got them they was cold. The employees do not want to work and they are under staffed.

We love
going to Burger King for their hamburgers because McDonald’s hamburgers taste like their not real beef! Never had much issues at Covington Virginia Burger King but my last trip I got my nephews chicken sandwiches omg they were horrible way overly cooked they looked burned plus the chicken was hard as a rock I will never order them again!
