I usually have a great experience at this location, but that was not the case today. I ordered 4 cheese crazy puffs and Italian cheese bread, and was told to park and I would get my food when it was ready. The cashier and other employees were playing with the drive through window and throwing rags around, but i didn’t pay any mind to it. 25 minutes later, I figured my food was probably done and no one had come out. I went inside the store to pick up my order and the cashier got it from the back, it had definitely been sitting out for a minute but I understand things happen. I get to my car and realize that my food is wrong, so I go back in and someone in the back LOUDLY says ‘she’s back!’. I wasn’t trying to cause any problems. I tell them I ordered 4 cheese crazy puffs and the cashier says ‘are you sure you did?’ And asks me that a couple of times. I then ask for the correct ones and he says ‘we would have to cook some but…you probably don’t want to wait’ in a very rude tone. I asked for a refund, and am told I have to give everything back instead of just the crazy puffs. I still wanted the bread, but I brought everything back in so I could just get a refund. If you order from here, maybe just do it online. They usually are great, but this experience really left a sour taste in my mouth.

We just pulled up. VERY SMALL parking lot. But MW went inside and they told him they were going to bring it out to us. Talk about delivery on site! Lol. I never went inside but MW went and he said it was smaller than usual. But it was STILL yummy! 3 stars! And they were friendly too AND very fast service too. That’s probably because we pulled up there right when it opened.

Last night we placed an order at the Little Caesars on Raeford road accidentally ordered ham and bell peppers instead of ham and pineapple.
The staff at Little Caesars even though it was not their fault apologized and made me a the correct pizza at no additional charge amazing customer service.

First off I’m soo sorry to y’all for getting the addy wrong that’s my b. And to my boi Jace you the Goat fr handled that like a pro. Gave me a bit of a hard time understandably, but ultimately did refund the order I placed at the incorrect address. I think that’s very cool of y’all. Much love. -Ant

The last two times I went through the drive through I had to wait more than 15 minutes to get my pizzas after I got to the window. Service seems to be a little slower at this particular store. The last visit the pizza came out looking very funky, but tasted good.

Came here from placing an order online. Got the confirmation number, got my email stating that it was ready. Drive up there and they told me that my pizza wasn’t ready I had to get the one that was in the warmer.. I also ordered in store for cheese bread got home my husband was disappointed because it was uncooked. It was still doughy inside.

I ordered the 3 meat trio along with two other items this evening. I would have never guess that once I got home, I was given a horrible and disgusting pizza. I was highly disappointed. The pizza was not cut correctly and overall it looked old with no taste. It definitely should have NOT been served to a customer. I vomit twice. I called to speak with the store manager about the service and I was not given a receipt. Rather than getting a redo pizza of my order, I demand a REFUND for the horrible service. I noticed two workers in the front of the store, NOT working but socializing on their electronic devices. One of the female workers couldn’t recall what my payment was, however she was the one who took my order moments ago and didn’t present me with a receipt. After 30 minutes, an employee issued my receipt to compete the refund. I do NOT recommend going to this location if you don’t mind a disappointment.

Ordered pizza and the person said to wait in the parking lot. Waited 15 mins and girl came outside and asked us if we had ordered food because they were closed. I told her we did and that a guy told us to park here. She told us that all the food was thrown away and to go talk to the manager. We went back to the drive thru and manager told us he forgot to teller them about our order and employer threw everything away and that they issued a refund. Never told us anything. Wasted my time to get something else
