Messed up my order and the manager refused to remake it after i came back and had an attitude saying it wasn’t his fault? lol weird but okay. i loved this place won’t be back anytime soon that was so disheartening! 🙁

Had a late lunch here today. We were promptly greeted as was everyone that walked through the door. I was so pleasently surprised at the kindness, courtesy and overall great attitude of the employees, as it’s so hard to find in fast food these days. My cheesesteak was better than the cheesesteak I got in Philly from a well known establishment with 2 locations. Good to know I don’t have to deal with the streets of Philadelphia to get a good cheesesteak!

Had take out from here the second day after opening. Lemonade & loaded fries were absolutely FIRE! However, they were so slammed they did not follow the instructions on the sandwich. The sandwich had a lot of ingredients I did not want on it and the ones I did want weren’t put on. It was very disappointing. I plan to try back again after the rush dies down and even get wings.

First time to a Charley’s. All I can say is Epic! Nice environment, Manager was walking around making sure every customer was happy and he was very nice. As for the food, it was Awesome! I will be turning into a repeat customer for sure!!!
