Went through the drive through window to order food. Was told I would have to place the order online because they were too lazy to put it in the computer.
So not only could I not get the pizza I wanted (the struffed crunch crust pepperoni, which nowhere specifies online only), the extra most bestest pepperoni came out as a regular pepperoni pizza.

Been going to this Little Ceasars for years and for years they’ve upheld there quality in staff and pizza all these years, the lowest possible that can be maintained to turn the lights on. I’ve truly never had my order wrong 9 times out of 10, but they go above and beyond to make it happen.
The amount of times I’ve been asked to pull to the side on a “15 minute” wait is long, but understandable. This is a reasonable request. Taking the extra 30, 45, and yes my friends, 60 minute waits to the side for quality assurance so impecable… Others will just drive off with your food at least one time, and on a rare occasion of enlightenment, 2 times.
I joke not when I say I’ve had arguments with my wife when I say, “I’ll just order our little ceasars”, and she’ll yell back, “NO! They never get it right!” and I come back with, “What are the chances?”
So much higher than the lottery my friends, so so much higher.

Went inside and ordered, I was acknowledged right away. Acknowledgment is VERY important to me, it shows common courtesy.
I’m not sure if I like the way the employees communicate with each other, not meaning they are disrespecting each other, this is referencing what was just sold and what remains in the warmer. It seems the computer system needs to do the countdown of ready product.
I give 5 stars on everything, the place was clean, staff friendly, and the pizza was hot!

There is a reason why this is the lowest rated in the areas. Place is a joke! Even with minimal customers. Waited double time they told me, 30 minutes, walked in and now they are waiting for crazy bread. Needs new management.

Thin crust extra most best pepperoni was great. Reg crust extra most best pepperoni shorted pepperonis. Hawaiian was just poorly made, skimped on the pineapple and ham with nothing but dry crust pizza. Shift management non verbal and needs to be retrained/replaced.

Walked in and there was a cockroach on the wall. The employee at the front ignored it after I pointed it out and eventually yelled to another employee to kill it. The other employee proceeds to try to take my order. I ask if the food is clean and the employee reply’s saying it’s not and they just failed their health inspection. The health department sanitation rating is not displayed on the wall because they are hiding their failure and should not be in business. The whole time the cockroach was still running around on the walls. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.

Looking at the reviews, I really thought I was going to end up wasting my money. But not at all there was a nice young lady working the drive thur. She was sweet, patient, and professional. I customized my pizza. I’m okay with waiting 10 to 15 minutes for fresh made to order food. The pizza was pretty good, especially for the price.

This specific Little Caesars actually lives up to the title of a Fast Food Restaurant. Ive never witnessed a group of young adults move with that type of efficiency and accuracy. And for the young manthat works on the evening shift at location Bonanza Dr Fayetteville NC I think his name is Jeffrey paris Armour. So polite and well spoken you can definitely tell that a strong smart black woman knew what she was doing in the parenting department, But see that young man Owning a few of his own stores in the near future.

I arrived at drive through to pick up my food. Please hold my food was still in the oven and to park. I parked in the side. After 15 minutes, no one came out. I checked the App and I checked my email and it stated it was done 10 minutes ago. I pull back up to the window and I asked where my food was and that I had been waiting and that the app stated the food was completed 10 minutes ago. The guy at the window said that I was told to park up front, but I was not told to park up front. If my food was finished, he should’ve just called and I could’ve pulled up to the front of the building or back through the drive-through as I did. I was told someone would come out. I did not expect that I needed to check my app to watch to see when the order was ready because no one was gonna come out and bring it. Food was very cold when I got it.
