Standing here for 10+ minutes on a very simple order: 1 regular cheese, 1 regular pepperoni, 1 crazy bread. Why advertise hot and ready when it isn’t? Why are we not notifying customers when there isnt “hot-n-ready” items available. On top of that, as i wait i watch what i presume is the manager walk in. She brings food and almost immediately a majority of the staff stops what they are doing to eat…. Wild wild experience. I guess if you want a decent experience here you MUST order ahead!!

Not sure why they promote “hot and ready” from 4-8. I’ve never been to this location and got a hot and ready pizza. It should not take 30 minutes to wait on a shitty pizza!!! Please do better. This location could make a TON of money if ran properly.

I order my food on my way home at 6:35 was told it would be done in 30 minutes. I arrived 5 mines before gave my name and was told it was coming out. While I was waiting I order something else. Seen multiple people get there orders as soon as they walk in and I still waited finally I asked about my food at 7:25 the cashier told me she didn’t know then asked I’m guessing the manager she looked at me like she was disgusted and didn’t even answer so 2 more people came in and was served then finally she said what was the name again and I gave it to her she looks inside of the warmer at the register and pulled it out and gave a faint apology I said that’s fine I understand. Same as the cash register same response. I get home and my food was half made and burnt. Hardly any toppings and BURNT. I was gonna let it slide because I know how it is with making orders but the attitude with it was a big no for me. I go to this place at least 2 times a week and I’m always smiling and leaving tips. Even if I have to wait a little longer. But as of today I’ll pick and choose somewhere else from now on. My family can’t even eat the food so now I’m either going to have to cook after all that time or go spend money on something else after working 12 and 1/2 hours on my feet today. And in those 12 and 1/2 hours I made sure I paid close attention to my quality to ensure the customers will be pleased with my work. So I feel that if I can do it so should everyone else. We all have problems and days where things just ain’t falling into place but that don’t mean we have to be rude and uncaring. Disappointed and very unsatisfied.

TODAY WAS MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT TO THIS PLACE. WAITED OVER 5 MINUTES TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED EVEN THOUGH STAFF SAW ME UP THERE. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE AT THAT TIME. PLACED MY ORDER AND WATCHED THE SAME PERSON WHO TOOK MY MONEY WALK RIGHT BACK TO THE KITCHEN AND START MAKING PIZZAS NEVER NEVER WASHING HER HANDS AND HER HAIR WAS HANGING OVER THE PIZZAS. I OBSERVED CUSTOMERS COMING IN A GETTING ATTITUDES FROM THE WORKERS WHEN ASKED A QUESTION. I OVERHEARD ONE WORKER TELL A CUSTOMER THAT WAS TALKING ABOUT BEING RUDE AND SHE RESPONDED WITH “WELL I HAD A CUSTOMER GET SMART WITH ME AND I TOLD HER LET’S GO OUTSIDE BECAUSE I HAD BAIL MONEY”. I KNOW GOOD HELP IS HARD TO FIND( BEING IN THE BUSINESS FOR MANY MANY YEARS) BUT THIS PLACE DEFINETLY NEEDS STAFF WHO CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND LEARN HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED ANF FOR GOD’S SAKE SMILE !!!!!

So apparently the owner doesn’t care about the service of this place. The last time I was here was 4 months ago due to the cashier eating pizza in my face before taking my order. I didn’t write a review then even though it was the second time the staff has been rude.
Soooo 4 months later and nothing has change. Just worse, how can you order pizza at 7:15 prior to getting off at 8 then get to the pizza place and have to wait 10 min to be address, while waiting no one is washing there hands for them to tell you a 5 more min wait time that turn into to 25 mins.
Go back to the register after being ignored once again just for the staff to say it’s almost ready. Nope negative let me get a refund. Thanks to the nasty thing that refunded me after trying to talk me out of it.
Child bye, I came here with a yeah maybe they have better staff like when I first move here 3 yrs ago but unfortunately NO. Same disrespectful establishment with workers that act like they make 30+ an hr.

Love this little Caesars but today I was door dashing and pulled up to see though the window was a woman stuffing food down her throat. Wiping her hands and mouth on the clothes shes working in, mind you all of this was behind the counter.

People will often go get a pizza and drive down to the other part of the parking lot and eat, especially on rainy nights. Their garlic butter is decent though I actually prefer the garlic butter from Papa John’s.
There are many times it takes up to an hour to get something to eat.
The staff are fantastic, but as you can see from the other reviews there have been bad experiences. I have gotten two bad pizzas in the last several months. Yet I will go in and get a pizza and join other’s in the parking lot. #ShelbyNC #PIZZA
