Ordered through DoorDash and the dasher was incredibly kind and waited a really long time for us instead of leaving. My issue is we placed an order that was supposed to be delivered to us in 20 min. We only live about 5 minutes down the road. An hour and a half later we are canceling the order because our food still hadn’t been started. The dasher said the cashier expressed there were only 3 of them and new. So they don’t train their employees properly and they didn’t even care to apologize. Their attitudes were sour. Management needs to get it together. Highly disappointed because we really enjoy the pizza. This kind of behavior isn’t worth it though. Treat people the way you’d like to be treated. All you had to do was apologize and communicate and couldn’t do that.

It’s been over a year since I’ve been here. But I went in got hot and ready pepperoni with cheesy bread, I had to wait for the cheesy bread to be cooked but it was worth the wait. Everything is hot fresh and the manager has great customer service. Even if he had to go outside and make one of his employees come back to work from off of smoke break but it was still okay. He kept the shift in control and the food was hot and fresh and ready.

The pictures I have attached are from 03/30/23, at the Mount Holly, Highland Street location. This place has been in shambles for years, but never have I ever seen it this bad! These pictures were taken as I waited for more than 30 minutes to get my online order. Of course you can’t get a refund in-store when purchased online… pizza went straight to the burn pit. The guy operating the register pictured below was also stuffing bags of bread, no gloves, no sanitation. There was a disgusting fan blowing on freshly made pizza at the boxing/cutting station. The warmers appeared to not have been wiped down since the day they opened.. and god don’t get me started on whatever is all over those salt/pepper/cheese bins under that counter. Just look at the walls!
Just absolutely disgusting. I paid $50 to burn their pizza.

I walked in ordered my food. Started watching the guy make the pizzas with no gloves no hair nets and then proceeded to pick his skin and hair off of his arm and throw it into the food.!! And then the manger lady got mad because I called them out on it and was very rude and unprofessional.

I called ahead and ordered two pizzas. Was given a 10-15 minute window showed up around 20 min after putting the order in. Waited in line and when I get up they had no order at all. Not in the system or anything…so someone didn’t even put the order in. The manager didn’t offer to make them fresh or anything she just kept telling the cashier to check all the tickets. I understand it gets busy here but there was absolutely no good customer service at all especially on managements end.

I’ve got to say I already left a five-star review for a good reason but tonight I’m updating it because they need more than five stars. Whoever made my stuffed crazy bread tonight, thank you!. It was thick and delicious and hot hot on the stuffed crust pizza too it was just incredible after a long day’s work. Sometimes I really just need a Little Caesars Pizza and 99.9% of the time. I am 100% satisfied with the service and the pizza at this location. Thank you for making my day!

That folks is a Detroit style deep dish pizza!? I’ve had this from other locations, so I know they can make a decent pizza. Crust was undercooked, and by appearance and taste, it seemed like wrong dough/weight was used. Id avoid and just hit up the dominos across the parking lot.

My Family ordered take out fire or Minis. They raved over how good there pizza was (two 3 year olds, three 5 year olds, & a 6 year old). Pizza was not to order and ready at the time stated. Amazing job!

First time I have ever complained about the food industry as I know dealing with hungry customers can be stressful but last night was ridiculous. I placed an order for a plain cheese hot n ready pizza at 5:30. App stated the pizza would be ready by 6 which seemed like a long wait considering these pizza are suppose to be made in advanced for walk in customers. I arrived at around 5:55 with my wife and three children under 4 waiting for me in the car (bought the pizza for a quick dinner after needing to go out shopping). Building had a group of customers in the front and all employees were in the back. After waiting for about 15 mins I heard an employee call my name to ask if I was there. I responded and could see her boxing up a cheese pizza in the back so figured it must be my order. The employee then put the pizza in the warming area and tried to go back to the back of the building again. I figured they might not have heard me when I answered, so I was able to ask if that order was mine as they just called my name. The employee told me that it was not my order and that they never called out my name (even though the other customers waiting all said the employee most definitely did). I then waited another 15-20 minutes for the pizza to be finished. Altogether roughly an hour wait on the most basic order which Little Caesar’s claims are available already hot n ready. When I got home, I took a picture of the pizza they gave. The dough at the top was so thick it wasn’t even cooked through all the way and raw in the middle and as you can see the pizza itself was not made to any sort of standard. The last few times I have gone the customer service has been pretty bad but never complained. This place use to be better so not sure what changed in the last year or so but appears more training and maybe have someone out front to actually try and assist customers.
Other notes is the place also comes across as dirty and run down. I hope they are able to fix some of these problems because it would be nice to be able to go for a quick pizza when needed. After waiting so long for such a basic order I think I will be ordering from other places in the future until they can actually provide the hot n ready pizza’s on the spot or at least not make customers wait so long for them.(not to mention having the dough cooked all the way)

Personal at the counter is a jerk, appears he just started and does not know what he is doing. Called order in so it would be ready and he did not even have it in the system so had to wait for it to cooked!
