DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!! Me and my partner ordered delivery our pizza wasn’t available we didn’t know that. They substituted it without our knowledge and when we drove there to get it sorted out. The worker was rude yelling and cursing at him. He threw the pizza in the back when he was back there and was still yelling and cussing about my partner. We got a refund but that is unacceptable to treat someone like that when we weren’t informed about the substitution and my partner couldn’t eat what was subbed either. We’re never eating here again gonna go to the newton location from now on. This one is horrible. I love little Caesars but not this location don’t go to this one find a better one. My partner sent in a contact us about it and the incident nothing was done and he wasn’t talked to about it.

I dropped by today and asked the woman at the counter what do you have on the warmer that’s hot n ready. She replied, “We don’t have anything ready at the moment”.
Unfortunately, this is the same response I received last week as well.
Now to be fair… they did seem to be short staffed… But, two weeks straight is not good especially when your business theme is “Hot -n- Ready”. One would think they could keep something in the warmer, right???
I hope these folks work out their issues soon.

Placed an order on the app. Got confirmation on the app and then got the confirmation email. One minute later, I get an order cancellation email?!?
Tried to call. Waited on hold for 10 minutes and gave up.
Seems like this location always has problems, which is a shame because the food is good when you can get it.

This place is terrible. Not the first time they have canceled my online order! Terrible for business. It took an hour after ordering for them to cancel it. And of course I have to wait for the refund! This place sucks and I will never be back. If I could give negative stars I would. Such a horrible business. And let’s not forget the employees who ignore you when you come in.

Told me they don’t do hot-n-ready cheese pizza till after 4pm, and if I’m paying cash it had to be exact change, debit, or they couldn’t accept payment. How can this store be open if it doesn’t even follow the company motto for hot-n-ready.

Went in at 7:45. Was told it would be 45 minutes for a hit and ready but she was taking other people pizza orders. She had a attitude issue as well. Rolling her eyes. Long red braided hair.
