THEY ARE NOT ALL THE SAME THE ONE IN FOREST CITY IS TOP OF THE LINE it’s always made perfect I have yet to get a pizza there and it not be made perfect. It is in a wide open area the staff is terrific very friendly and courteous. And if you’re traveling I recommend stopping in and getting one or more. If you come at 5:00 to 7:00 inspect a long line through the drive-thru it’s better to go in and get it. #pizza #nc #travel highway 74 also known as College Avenue . #traveling #driving

I was attended by this older black lady. I was with my husband and she addressed me after I walked up and placed my order first, but then completely ignored me and asked my husband all the questions about sauce, drinks, and payment. A bit rude but not a big deal. I payed because my husband could not, and I’m short on money too, and honestly got a bad impression of her so no tip. We were sitting for 20-30 minutes waiting for our food in clear sight, in front of her inside the store. We watched our order get placed on the rack and not be handed to us. We watched 3 groups of customers come in and get food. We assumed something just wasn’t ready, but then the woman left and a teenager or young adult took her spot while she went to the kitchen. I walked up to the counter and the woman gave me my food. I’m so confused. If she did this because I didn’t tip, I am sorry but tips aren’t required. We didn’t badmouth her, didn’t give her mean looks, she was just rude for no reason. When we got in the car my husband even suggested she was racist against Mexicans because why else would she make us wait so long for food we paid for when she knew it was ready and we were sitting right in front of her.

In my opinion the cheese is not real but the rest of it is pretty good, the pretzel crust is excellent. Now, if they could upgrade their cheese to something authentic, perhaps raise the price to a little to compensate, you’d have a better product and more customers.

Timing isn’t always the best if you order specialty or online. Most of the time you’ll have to wait. However if you want the classic pepperoni, they’re always ready and so is crazy bread! I would definitely recommend Forest City North Carolina’s Little Caesars restaurant. ps/ prepare to get frustrated with the parking.

Ordered couple pizzas tonight from here and I about threw up finding hair in our pizzas. This is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Employees need to be wearing hair nets for their facial hair and head because we shouldn’t be finding hair on our food like this. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Picked up a couple of pizzas while on vacation at Lake Lure. This location had great service. My one at home bakes the pizza for a little bit more so the crust is done more so I am giving them 4 ⭐’s. Other than that the flavor was good!
