I it never fails when I am not supposed to eat fast food my food seems to always have an issue today it’s Arby’s! And so I order the number five meal with a Hi-C no ice and when I got to the window I asked for Red ranch. The transaction went smoothly, so I thought, I pulled off and started down the highway took several bites out of the burger before looking down to see this undercooked patty.
Totally disgusted I called the store and asked to speak to a manager or a shift lead on duty, I did speak with the person and they made mention that this was the second complaint this week that somebody called about their meat being undercooked so that she’s going to have to find a way to turn up the grease to cook the hamburgers thoroughly… First of all how long has this store been open!? Second of all as a manager you should already know the temperatures and how long to cook the food, give me more excuses!!
I did let them know I was coming back in for a remake but I think I’m just going to go in and get a refund You guys can keep your undercooked food and stale day old fries!!

We had to wait at the drive thru window for 5 min before they were ready to take our order. We had to give our code no less than 10x to 2 different people. We were very patient with them. We got 2 beef and cheddars. We get them and they had no cheddar on them. My husband took them in, we got 2 new sandwiches. The had a cold slice of cheese on them! I went back in and they said they were sorry they were out of cheddar. Im not mad they ran out, Im mad they would sell something they dont have. I would have gladly got something else. It doesnt help we spent over 30 minutes there and we are on a long road trip.

See picture for the cold, small fry I got worth 2.79. Sauce packet for size comparison and no there were no fries in the bag. When handed my french dip and swiss all bagged up, I was asked if I wanted au jus. Its called a french DIP and swiss, yes I want the dip that comes with it standard. Took them a good minute to go get it. Why wasn’t it already in the bag when it was being handed to me as a complete order? Terrible service

Used to enjoy fairly regularly. Been there two separate times in the past two weeks and both times got stuck in the drive through for 20min without even ordering. Only about 3 cars both times. Ended up leaving without getting to order because it took so long.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Was looking for some easy comfort food tonight and didn’t find it here. I ordered a Greek, Gyro (which I, of course, don’t expect to be like an actual gyro, but I usually always enjoy). Today, I opened it to begin eating and was already saddened by the lack of substance, especially meat. I then closed the wrapping and swung it around to the other side, thinking maybe it all had slid to the other side. I was highly frustrated when I realized that there was NO meat on this new side. Sadness!

Man talk about glacier slow. 6pm. I waited a long time before they even took my order. With no other cars in the drive thru. Ok I get it help is hard to find.
Waited at the window a long time. Again, I’m committed now so just listen to some music and relax. So the “manager type” a 40’s sweaty guy, comes with the food within 5 feet of the drive thru window and hands the food to the drive thru kid.
Ok nothing special.
But THEN
I SEE THE MANAGER TURNS AROUND RIGHT THERE AND PUT BOTH HANDS DOWN THE BACK OF HIS PANTS- INSIDE HIS PANTS,TO TUCK IN HIS SHIRT SND PULL UP HIS SAGGY DRAWERS. And never stopped working.
Friggin gross!!
And a health violation for gods sake.
I thought about it and just threw my order in the garbage to be safe. So gross.

Fries seemed to be an hour old and not hot. Sandwich was fine. Floors were sticky and the place just needed cleaned. Was there at 4:30 PM so it was not busy.

I paid $8 for bread with almost nothing between. I don’t go to Arby’s for bread, I go for meat. This is the 3rd time and I have never left a review until now because obviously this is the norm now, not the exception. I’ll be going to subway from now on. At least I get my money’s worth there.
