I went to the store to pick up 2 orders, 1 for myself and 1 for my son, that we each had placed online. I waited an extra 15 minutes over what my order confirmation showed until I got my order (total 40+ minutes from placing the order to being ready). For my son’s order, it was right at 1 1/2 hours from placing the order until it was ready. The food was great, however the meal was tainted by the outrageously long wait time.
