Horrible…i stopped by to grab something for the kids to eat after a long late day at work, I asked the staff member if they had any pizzas that were “fresh”, she replied yes a cheese pizza so I took her word for it and bought it I get home and this pizza is so freakin overcooked, hard, definitely NOT FRESH!!! I called to the store a quarter to closing to bring back the burnt pizza in exchange for a fresh pizza, was hung up on twice. This is customer service at its worst..don’t bother wasting your money with them you will be DISAPPOINTED

Never open for lunch. Never have pizzas ready for walk in pickup. Worst run Little Caesars I have ever seen. I love Little Caesars and grab lunch at one when ever I’m near. But this Roxboro location should be bought back by the main co. It’s a joke.

Place says “new management” but the old management didn’t have kids laughing at how low it would take to make a pizza. When half the customers leave in front of you because it would take less time to go to Papa John’s, you have a failing business model.

I wish I could give zero stars! What a joke over 30 minutes for 3 supposed Hot N Ready pizzas. Not cool and employees are more then rude, they make it clear that they don’t care at all. Clear friends of employees came in and got food before paying customers. Should be called “semi hot and waiting.”

I have come to this location numerous times thinking maybe it was just the day. But as of today I have decided they either don’t know what customer service is or just don’t care. They are rude, and just sit or stand there with a discussed look on their face. The pizza is not sliced properly, if at all. I am done going here and recommend to others to avoid this location. Wonder what the owner would think if they knew three people was in front. One working the register and the other two just taking up space.
