The online ordering system was a total failure today. I ordered ahead to save time, but I never received a pickup code. When I arrived, I could see my food sitting in the kiosk, but without a code, I was stuck.
To make matters worse, there was absolutely no one at the counter to help. I waited 30 minutes past my pickup time just to get someone’s attention. I wasn’t the only one, either, several other customers were crowded in the lobby waiting for online orders with no staff in sight to provide updates. What should have been a quick trip turned into a massive waste of time. Avoid this location as I know I will.

Ordered one hot and ready pep and one crazy bread. He said there was none there and was really weird like he was just going to act like I couldn’t order it. I told him I wanted to wait and asked how long. He told me 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes ( watching multiple new customers walk in AND out with food the entire time ) I went in to get my order of which I’m pretty sure they gave to someone else. They tried to give me the wrong order and I didn’t want it so the guy from the front said he would get it then proceeded to disappear to the back just boxing orders for the next 15 minutes. I finally asked them where the order was because at this point I waited 40 minutes AND THEY STILL DIDNT HAVE IT. ended up getting someone’s else order I’m pretty sure which had been sitting for some time. Was cold. Terrible service. Acted inconvenienced some how on top of it. Not even worth $10

I’ll place the online order at 3:30, I ordered a pretzel crust and they no longer have it, so it canceled and I was not aware, but I had not found out until later on after I’ve been standing there for almost 35 minutes. I told three people my name, one guy said it was in the oven, my order was never in the oven and I was kept walking around like it was all good. I don’t understand the employees that work there, if my order have been canceled, why did it take the third or fourth person to tell me this? I would never eat Little Caesars ever again..

Wish I could give it less. I ordered online for carry out after working an 11 hr shift. They gave me the pizza, got home, realized it was the wrong pizza order a philly cheesesteak pizza was given a supreme, tried to call them and was on hold for almost 30 minutes before i got to the store. Came in and told them the problem they took the pizza, started to make a new one and handed it to me an hr and some change after i had originally ordered with no apology or anything. By far the worst customer service for a very easy order. Also we’re 5 other people who had been waiting forever but their orders were nowhere near done. Double check your order before leaving the store or before you drive off because it seems like they dont care enough to give you the correct food the first time.

I will never go to this store again and I’ll probably never eat Little Caesar’s again either. Was thinking of ordering pizza tonight and was reminded of the terrible experience I had at this store in March 2025 but had forgotten to drop a review for. It was bad enough that I think it deserves the public to be put on notice, especially after I’m seeing how they treated other reviewers before and since. I order $50 worth of food, drive 20 minutes through construction traffic to get there, drive back home and come to find out that there was no crazy bread with the order, even though it was clearly on the order. I’m like, no big deal, I’ll hop on the website where I ordered the food and request a refund for the part of the order they didn’t give me. Website says I need to get in touch with the store, so they make me call them. I call them and and the woman who answers refuses to give me the refund, and gives me an attitude to boot. I calmly say I’m not satisfied after she asks me if I am satisfied with my service, then she asks “are you gonna start screaming at me and hang up now?” The way she said it gave me the impression that this was her ultimate goal, to make me so angry that I hang up. I said, no, is there really nothing you can do for me here? She says other than drive 40 minutes round trip to pick the bread up, no she can’t. I’m like no thanks. Part of the conversation involved her speaking with a supervisor of sorts, so I know this is just par for the course for management over there. I consider what they did here to be petty theft. I’ve been eating at Little Caesar’s for over 20 years and I will never get food from them again, not just this store, and here’s why:
After I got off the phone with the location, I contacted corporate through the only contact form they would give me on the website to file a complaint. I gave them all my contact information after explaining how poorly I had been treated so that they could follow up if necessary. I even detailed how I was leaning towards not eating at any of their stores again because of how infuriating the experience was, and the response was crickets. I never heard from them again.
I think at some point Little Caesar’s was run by good people who cared about their product and their customers, but that doesn’t seem to be the case any more. They don’t even care enough to send a “sorry to hear you had that experience” message, let alone offer some kind of compensation. Like, I don’t really care all that much about the money. It’s not that much to really worry myself over. It’s the way they treated me when I brought it up to them that boils my blood. I advise that anyone looking for pizza to avoid Little Caesar’s, and especially this location. In my experience, when you get service this bad with the customer facing people, it’s just the tip of the iceberg. The problems behind the scenes are usually much greater. I’m afraid to think that I ever ate food prepared at a store that’s run this poorly and what they might have done with my food. The corporate people seem to be little better than these locals. Mind you, over the years I have eaten at other locations across the country and had mostly great experiences. I’ve dropped several thousand dollars on their food over the years. It seems odd to me that they’d have zero concern over losing me as a customer, but this seems to be the state of things. Avoid this chain.

Used to be better when they were Pizza Pizza. Must be the area. They were good in Miami, and Florida has notoriously bad pizza, but they are too greasy here in central NC. Tastes good, but too greasy. Must be the style as there is good pizza here.

In times like these, an affordable, reasonable quality meal is a blessing. Little Ceasers always provides this. For 15 bucks you can get a stuffed crust pepperoni+ crazy combo and feed 2 people for two meals or 3 people for one and some change.

The worst Italian cheese bread I have ever had from Little Caesars, these were extremely OVER COOKED. This location has not been the same since a certain manager left. They need to bring her back. I know I will never go to this location again.
