Called at 3pm to order ordered a 5 meat treat and wings but told them I’d be there between 5-5:15. So was there at 4:54 the guy had no record of the order and preceded to tell me I must have ordered from flatwoods Kentucky I said no don’t think so called 765-2100? So I said ok just make it now I’ll wait and ordered a hot n ready pepperoni while I waited so he gave me the pizza and I parked I waited a while and he came to the car gave me the other pizza and wings and I left got home and I had two hot n ready pizzas and not my order when I called back I asked to speak to a manager and got the run around with that they charged 35.00 and some odd cents for two hot and ready and 8 bbq wings. Never ordering again get a crew and some managers this was afternoon of Sunday 8/27/23

Went in with 20 mins before they closed and was told by guy named Sean that they only had 2 pizzas ready and that’s all we could choose from. Said they shut their grills down early every night for safety reasons so they couldn’t cook us food. Sounds like to me they just wanting to go home early. Def not good experience.

I’ve never had a more wonderful experience with this restaurant. My order was messed up not once but twice. I had spoken to a manager named Molly. And she fixed everything and told me it would never happen again and I can tell you she has kept her promise for almost months now!! Absolutely love this establishment and will continue to order from here.

Super friendly staff. Allowed me to wait for a bus in their lobby after my car broke down on the highway on a move from PA to KY. Staff was amazing and I greatly enjoyed my time there.

I gave only 3 stars because I called in order and they said it would be ready by the time I asked. When I got there to pick up order it had not even been made!! Had to stand around and wait for it to be fixed. I do have to say they did get it done fast after they realized there mistake. It was fresh and hot…….. update!!! New order june 3 2023…….rude rude employees!!! On phone ordering and picking up!!!! People need to learn customer service!!!

They were very fast. Very clean place. They have dividers between the register and the customer. The food was very good. The wings didn’t come with any dipping sauce and we had to pay extra for each one. All in all we had a very good experience and would most definitely eat there again. The employees were also extremely nice and wore masks.

Unusually fast, even for a Little Caesar’s. Food is always decently fresh. Counter attendants were pretty nice, especially towards this one man who had a tantrum and blamed Biden and Pelosi for the establishment refusing to accept a $100 bill (on a $12 order, at that).

I ordered Stuffed Crazy Bread. Omg, it is beyond amazing. They were right out of the oven. I was so full after eating all three that comes in the order. Everyone needs to try these. They are soooooo good.
