This is the 4th time they have messed up my pizza. Im a vegetarian and i get half the pizza with just cheese and the other half with meat for my husband. They just cover the entire pizza in his toppings. The workers can not read and they arent very friendly either. Dont expect to receive what you order

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE if service matters! This is about the Vienna WV store. I ordered on line and they were not able to fulfill it properly. They did not try to contact me. I asked for some of my money back or a gift card for what they couldn’t do. NO didnt get either one. The food I did get tasted old.

Thin crust was so overloaded with sauce and cheese it was mush. I feel like this isn’t the locations fault so much as crummy thin crust shells. Then again the lite sauce thin crust wasn’t mush but wasn’t crisp. Everything else was excellent.

My ONLY complaint with this store is that they should start putting multiple item orders in the carry out portal in bags. It’s rough to carry like, four boxes of wings, bread, sauce, etc., separately. Especially when you have to ask for sauce that you’ve paid for but aren’t included in the portal pick up. Otherwise, the girl at the counter is super friendly and the food is excellent. Never had a problem with quality or the “cut” of my pizza.
