Little Caesars out by Emerson Commons is MUCH better. You want extra cheese they actually put it on. I’ve tried this place twice and the pizza was poor each time. It’s definately worth the drive to the one at Emerson Commons.

Every time I order a pizza or anything from this specific location, it’s always burnt. This is the first time I’ve made a complaint. I’ve had several pizzas that come home looking like straight burnt cheese, but this Italian Cheese Bread I ordered took the cake for me. How is this even acceptable? Why would you actually sell this and think it’s okay? If I were the employee who made this, I would have remade it if it came out looking this way. It’s ridiculous and an ongoing problem for this specific location. I can’t rely on this restaurant to produce good food. Very rarely is anything not burnt from here. I’ve requested a refund and contacted corporate because I’m not paying for something that’s inedible. Unacceptable.

Thin crust was so overloaded with sauce and cheese it was mush. I feel like this isn’t the locations fault so much as crummy thin crust shells. Then again the lite sauce thin crust wasn’t mush but wasn’t crisp. Everything else was excellent.

My ONLY complaint with this store is that they should start putting multiple item orders in the carry out portal in bags. It’s rough to carry like, four boxes of wings, bread, sauce, etc., separately. Especially when you have to ask for sauce that you’ve paid for but aren’t included in the portal pick up. Otherwise, the girl at the counter is super friendly and the food is excellent. Never had a problem with quality or the “cut” of my pizza.

I’ve gone to this place since probably 2009 or 2010. Never really had a problem with it. Not until last night, anyhow. I go in and order one pepperoni pizza. I take the pizza home and my family distributes it amongst themselves. I took three pieces, and about the second or third piece, I noticed it was spicier than usual. My parents agreed on this. Well, I went to bed around midnight with horrible stomach pains, and it’s now 10 minutes past 10 in the morning, and I’m STILL going to the bathroom and feeling horrible cramping. THANKS, Vienna!
