Ordered a pretzel pizza and waited 20 minutes in the store just to find out my order had been ready for a while and no one notified me. After I got my pizza I open the box to find out instead of giving me a pretzel pizza, they made a normal pizza and just put salt on the crust.

Ordered several pizzas and they were all undercooked.. Tried calling the store multiple times and did not get an answer. Drive out and the store is open with no customers. Tell them my issue and asked for a refund or to remake the food. While waiting both workers who were in the back were talking and made it seems like there was an issue.. I called the store while waiting for my remake in the front of the store and wonder of all wonders, they ignored the phone both times I called. Bad experience and to make the customer feel like the issue was their fault when they failed to cook the order properly the first time…

I believe it just depends on who’s working to make the pizzas some days it’s cooked really good and other days it’s a little dough not cooked all the way thru. But overall it’s really good deal and the crazy bread is never an issue it’s always cooked good

Tried to call in at 8:15 on my way home because I know they close at 9 trying to be considerate. No awnser, called 6 times still no response, i show up now at 8:50 because that’s when I would have gotten there and was told they aren’t allowed to take phone calls at 8:30… but why wasn’t it picked up 15 minutes prior. It’s no wonder these places are shutting down. Waited 30 minutes for a single pepperoni hot and ready and cheesy bread. I should have known from that not to eat the pizza. My first bite in the cheesy bread had a 6 inch hair BAKED INTO IT. DUDE. During this wait I made a count of 6 pizzas leaving the building. Busy or not what the heck is that. DO NOT EAT HERE. What a joke. I’d put zero stars if possible. 20 something bucks for a bunch of bologna.
