This is the worst Little Caesars. Our order was put in 20 minutes before arriving. Doors were locked when we got there so went thru the drive thru. Was told “your order is in the oven now. Pull around front and we will bring it to you.” and it took 30 more minutes before they brought it out. Watched both people just standing around not working. Both of them were extremely rude!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONE!!!!!

Why was I charged $9.36($10.02 w/tax)for a $8 hot-n-ready thin crust pepperoni, just regular, no extra topping or anything? I asked the man if the price went up and he said a little. It was $7.50 and online right now the menu says $8.00 but I was charged $9.36($10.02 with tax).

Horrible experience here. I go into the restaurant and the guy working behind the counter shouts “put all order taking on standby till we get some of these orders out!” Then I sat and waited 10 minutes till one of the workers was going to take my order and he stopped her and told me it would be at least a 45 minute wait before they could take orders again. I have never been to a good restaurant that has to turn down business… very poor management! Maybe try hiring someone without a rats tail on their head! (You know who I’m talking about)

Place is terrible. Waited 30 mins for 2 pizzas and crazy bread. Had to walk in and they didn’t even have the crazy bread started. Just asked for a refund. this location is terribly run.

Stopped here the other evening when the power was out in Saint Albans, thanks again AEP! The girl at drive thru was super nice and told us what was ready. We grabbed an extra mostest and headed to the Roadside Park to watch river and have a bite. It was spot on and fresh too! Glad we stopped here and got a pizza.

When I went there a couple of days ago the girl forgot to give me my change. The manager tells me he can’t open the register or do a refund because of their new system. So I have to drive back down there and when I make it back down there to get my change it was the same manager that couldn’t open the register in the first place but for some reason he was able to give me my change that day not one person down there sausage they were sorry

Dirty and slow. The inside of the restaurant is disgusting, flies everywhere, they don’t use gloves when preparing food. I would not eat here.
