1.) I ordered AND PAID FOR extra butter garlic parmesan mix on my 2 orders breadsticks…they were smaller than my hand & had NONE AT ALL on it (bone dry)!! I had 3 hungry kids waiting on supper & definitely DO NOT have the time to run all the way back to town for their mistake 2)Also as I was waiting for 10 or more mins on my order, I noticed the cashier rolling her eyes every time someone ordered something made special. If she doesn’t like her job or working with the public maybe she should quit! I’m sure there are people out there that actually WANT/NEED a job! It wasn’t the lady [mgr.?]with short blonde hair either, she’s actually friendly & nice to the customers & she always got my order right!

I order here alot and it’s the worst managed store in Bristol. I put in a mobile order and 45 mins later it still isn’t done. Walked in.. more people then the fire Marshall would allow. They are turning people away with a 45min wait for a hot and ready….. I have no food service experience but could run this store blind. Roughly 12 employees behind the counter… so sad. Little Caesars Corp needs to visit this store!

(SERIOUS EDIT TO THIS REVIEW) Been here many times, the pizza is normally fine , but the wait has been constant, you gotta order ahead just to actually have a pizza ready when you walk in, and I’ve had to buy the extra most bestest most times because of the fact they put the least amount of cheese on their normal pizzas as possible, it’s honestly depressing, if you want an actual tasty pizza with a fair amount of cheese actually on it, I Recommend big guys near Tennessee high. And I am now editing this post to say that I just found a cotton swab in my pizza slice from this location and I will be contacting everyone I can to have it handled legally and if I can press charges and sue I will to the fullest extent. This location is absolute trash.

They have been so busy lately, and I appreciate how hard they work to get the food made and handed out so quickly. I usually don’t use the portal, but last time I purchased through the app and picked my items up from the portal and it was very quick and easy. The food was amazing! This one is by far my favorite location!

I got the thin crust pepperoni. It was very fresh and tasty. It did take a really long time, seemed like it was over 15 minutes but was probably less because I’m sure they fix this pizza as ordered.

This Little Ceasars location is really good. Four Stars for the pizza as it’s not the best, but good when you’re in a hurry and don’t have time to cook. That deep dish pepperoni is very good, but can be a little dry so ask for extra sauce which makes it very good. I give the staff five stars. This place gives me hope for today’s youth. Looks like many high school age staff working there and they get it done. The front counter workers are friendly and courteous. Great job.

i orderd online and my total came up to $44.88 after tax around 7:30 tonight and arived at the location around 8pm tonight. when we got there they ignored my presence for about 10 minutes before they acknowledged me. then i had to wait another 20 minutes before i even got my food. when they rung me up for my food they rang me up for 5 pizzas instead the 4 we had orderd. when we asked for the pizza that they rung up that didn’t give me it. i asked for a refund in replace and was gives $7 that only covered the pizza before taxes. overall i’m not very thrilled with this experience and don’t recommend this location.

Very rude employees. I know they may be overworked and understaffed but nasty employees. Never going back I’ve been coming to the Bristol Virginia lactation for over 20 years but this past year every time I come in this location they are rude horrible front end employees.
