It should not take 45 plus minutes to get pizza. Especially when ordered on the app well in advance. I’ve had several visits where my pizzas werw left sitting on the counter while I watched others who ordered after me have their pizzas brought out to them. I’ve ordered in the app and driven to tue store awaiting confirmation from the app/email that the order was ready which never came. Had to go inside and ask for.my order and.o.ce again it was sitting u.der the counter at drive thru…and that READY CONFIRMATION Came over many hours later. This is a repeat problem. This location appears to be chronically understaffed and poor GMT/ ownership. Can’t continue to support this business.

I generally appreciate the good service and budget friendly pizza at the Rocky Mount Little Caesar’s on Tanyard..however my recent experience had rough spots. When ordering 4 pizzas, I called to ask about allergen info, the response I received was dismissive. They said, “dude, it’s flour, sauce, and cheese. If you die from it, that’s on you. I don’t read allergy labels.” which made me feel unheard.. I’d hoped to speak with a manager for clarification, but unfortunately, they weren’t available even after a 10 minute wait. I hung up! Additionally, when picking up the order, requesting 10 napkins led to a comment about it not being a full service rsetaurant.. they said “You know we’re not a full service restaurant, right? You might be a little messy if you need that many napkins.” which feels unnecessary. Despite these interactions I do still value the affordability and the quality of a good Little Caesar’s pizza.. the manager I spoke with when I picked up the order was quite apologetic. They said they can’t find better help.. I hope these problems will be addressed for more consistently positive experiences

Its hard to beat the price and convience of their hot n ready pizza, but the quality takes a drop. Especially if its been sitting out for awhile. My last pizza here was a little tough.

Giving 1 star because I can’t give them 0. Absolutely awful service, they didn’t even try to be nice about it. Ordered using the app with a pickup time in one hour. Arrived 5 mins before pickup time and was told wasn’t ready yet, would be a few more minutes, and to pull around front. That was fine because I was a little early. Waited out front for 25 mins, no one brought out my pizza. Front of store is dark, no lights on, with door locked. See pictures. Called store number to ask how much longer. They dont answer the phone. Pulled back through the drive through and asked if my order was ready, girl acts like she doesn’t know what I’m talking about and tells me to pull up to window. I pull up to window where I sit and wait another 5 mins before a girl walks over and just sticks 2 pizza boxes out the window to me and walks off. No “sorry about the wait”, no explanation, not even a goodnight. Its not as if they were super busy or anything, there were only 2 other cars to come after us during this 30+ minute wait. And on top of all this the pizzas were not even hot, and not correct, the cheese pizza had meat on it making it allergy unfriendly. Will not be returning any time soon.

Went to order, said I wanted a pepperoni hot and ready to go pizza. She says okay pull up to the window,, I’m like I would like some crazy bread too. She was very rude, get to the window, she said would you repeat the order. Crazy. We had to wait 8 minutes is what the girl at the window said for crazy bread and pepperoni hot and ready pizza. Well 22 minutes later we get the order bought out by a very polite fellow who apologized for the wait. Get home the crazy bread is crunchy, like it’s been sitting awhile. Not happy

I get it, it is a budget friendly pizza. However what you get from here is slop. Pizzas just thrown together, falling apart, barely sliced. If you decide to get food from this location just be prepared to slice your own pizza at home and eat it with a spoon or fork because it doesn’t hold up.
