Is anything working at this Little Caesars? The order kiosk was not working, and the drive thru pick up was closed, with a handwritten sign asking one to enter the store. No one was at the counter for several minutes, and a frazzled looking employee with flour all over their apron appeared and took my order. I jokingly asked if they were running the store alone, and employee related their co- worker was on break. No hot and ready pizzas were available. Waited 10+ minutes, as others came in and also waited. The other co-worker appeared and took orders, but the cash register would not work, so the employee had to go to the back with money. Pizza finally arrived, and it looked and smelled good. At home, I remembered to take a pic before it was devoured! Toppings and cheese were tasty, but the crust had no flavor at all, except a light raw flour taste. The barcode on the box suggested specials, but when I copied it, the specials had not yet begun… so something else was not working correctly!

Ordered pizza thru the app for drive-thru pick up. One of the “deals” was a large two topping for $5.99, which I thought was a good deal. It took me several attempts to get the “deal” as it failed to inform you that a round hand-made crust needed to be ordered to get the deal, and I was choosing thin crust. Arrived about a minute before the suggested time, and the pizza was ready. I asked for napkins, and the employee at the drive-thru window said they had run out. How does a restaurant run out of napkins? When driving by the order kiosk, I noted it was still out of order, with a giant X taped across the order board. I noted that the drive seemed to have been resurfaced, with no potholes, and it seemed the lanes were a little wider.
The pizza was flavorful, the small chunks of beef topping were seasoned nicely, mushrooms were canned not fresh, and sauce had a little spice with a pleasant acidity. I like thin crust, but the pillow like crust was appetizing, although I did not eat the outer round side. It held no yeasty notes.
Overall, it was a pretty good pizza for a great price!

Picked up another pizza today for another function. Placed order online. The pizza was ready before the scheduled pick-up time. Toppings were correct, and it was delicious. Now I know why they run out of napkins. She gave me a stack almost 3 inches thick! (See photo) Was a very good experience today, and the $5.99 deal for large 2 topping is great! 5 stars!

Ordered 1 thin crust cheese pizza in the app. About 20 minutes later, I received a notice that pizza was ready. As I drove around the restaurant, I noted that the speaker order kiosk is STILL not working. It’s been out since 2023! At the drive thru windows, no one was present. After waiting 5 minutes, the lady who cooks appeared, covered in flour. She had a hard time trying to figure out how to unlock the drive-thru windows. She could not locate my order in the system. The other associate appeared after she called for her, and they both perused the system, finally telling me the pizza was not ready. I waited at the window as I was instructed for over another 20 minutes. Cars behind be became frustrated and left. My pizza was finally ready, and when I asked for napkins, she said they didn’t have any. I smiled and asked how a could a restaurant not have napkins, and she replied, “we just opened,” which I did not understand at all. At home, opening the pizza, I discovered it was a messy disaster. Big burnt flakes were all around the pizza, along with crust crumbs and a tomato smear on one side, with a smashed in crust. I realized that the first pizza I ordered had burned, and they just put the new pizza in the same box, explaining the messy appearance of the box and burnt crust pieces, when the current pizza was not burned. Only 2 people working, not knowing what’s going on, many people leaving … back to low stars. See photos.

A study in how Little Ceasars puts a round pizza in a rectangular box! See photos. Lol.
One person working and only the drive thru open. I did my order online. One of my pizzas was supposed to be Slices N Stix, which is half pepperoni pizza and half cheese sticks. They gave me a CHEESE pizza cut like it was Slices N Stix.
I called to ask if I could come back and they said I had the right food, and that they know because they made it…. no I did not. I’ve ordered this same thing many times and what they gave me was NOT it. I told them it was missing pepperonis, seasoning and butter.
They said they would remake it. They asked at the window what the issue was again, and I told them. They said they had only been working there 4 days… (and then told us that we taught her something new, because she didn’t know it needed seasoning and butter.)
It was made WRONG AGAIN. No pepperoni, the “cheese stix” were not thin and were the same thickness as the pizza half. It also looked like they added the butter (way too much) AFTER it was cooked so it was wet and soaking through the box. I did not feel like arguing anymore. I left feedback through Little Caesar’s website. I’m not going back here again.
Close this place down if they can’t find help. The recent reviews say it all. There is no reason to try and make a new person work alone when they obviously don’t know the menu or how the make the food.
This location is already a little hole in the wall might as well shut it down if you can’t run a business. Owner needs to give me the number to contact them because your corporate customer service is a joke. I filed a dispute with cardholder services. Bunch of thieves run this place.
I will say though the employees abandoned by their manager were quite nice though- they couldn’t get in the store to make the order.
