After getting my delivery order late, I called the establishment because it was missing a pizza that I ordered. The first time the phone was answered then hung up. The second time I young woman answered and I said my delivery order was missing stuff and was messed up and undercooked and she rudely told me they don’t deliver and that I was wrong. I said I used your LC app and it delivered. She said I was wrong then got an attitude and started to swear at me and be disrespectful. So I argued back then finally hung up, this young woman needs to be fired and I should not have been treated like that. And I’d love to hear from management

How this location averages more than 3 stars is BEYOND me. My dad and I came by for a stuffed crust around 9pm, the huge sign wasn’t even lit which means they were trying to divert customers and they told us it’d be 45 min for a stuff crust. Of course we weren’t trying to wait for that since we could probably make one ourselves in less time. We took a hot n ready pepperoni since my mom wanted pizza but never coming here again.

I had forgotten the reason why my family and I stopped going here. It’s not been “fast” food, it’s been “very slow” food. Over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. About half of that time was just waiting to have my order taken. There is no way around the line. If you change your mind, you must find the courage to back up/out and make a 3-point turn to hopefully make it out the same way you came in. (If the line is too long, it’ll block escaping that way, too.) Thankfully, at the end of it all, I received a pleasant “Have a blessed night.” Hopefully, management can fix the issue for everyone’s sake. Some people are not as patient and feel the need to let everyone know how they feel about the wait, so I’d hate to think what the workers have to endure. At least going inside, especially if you have the time to pre-order, seems to have a way better wait time. Needless to say, I won’t forget again. At least me and my mother who was visiting from the West Coast got to spend QT in the car. Hopefully, this review can help some people to count the cost before visiting here. ‍♀️

Terrible service. The huge, lit up, DRIVE THRU OPEN SIGN is on and as I pull up and to the order box, a guy says we’re closed and we closed at 1030. So the corporate website, Google maps, and multiple pages online show your hours are 11am-11pm. That’s alright you don’t wanna serve your community, several complaints have been filed with corporate for this location and will continue to do so all this week 🙂 Do better

We arrive at 9:20pm, and we wanted to place a simple order of two cheese pizzas. They didn’t close until 10pm, so we assumed that would be fine because it wasn’t going to be a special order. We had to wait almost 5min at the order window/ speaker, and then they informed us that they were closed because they only had three employees. Unbelievable.

I’m leaving this review as a Dasher who is always having to wait for orders at this establishment. In addition to having to always wait (at least 10 minutes) for my customers orders, I’m at least waiting 5 of those 10 minutes to be greeted after being seen by everyone in the store. No one ever acknowledges you when you walk in and you can really tell everyone LOVES to serve and be of service to others. One girl in particular always looks like she rolled out of bed, satchel and all and I assume the older woman is who manages the place because no one seems to take her yelling seriously. Everyone moves as if the pizza’s going to make itself and I can never get a genuine estimate for my wait times. Not that I’m pressed but more-so to communicate with my customers. Their lack of customer service puts a huge damper on my ability to be transparent in communication and accurate in delivering their food. While no one here may gaf about customer service, I do and I’m one more long a** order from declining to ever pick up orders from this establishment.

Me and my children have been to this location 4 times in the past month ( july 2023)since moving to the area . Everytime we go it has not been pleasant. Each time the pizza doesn’t seemed cooked all the way its soggy on the bottom infact one time we were their and a employee was walking out the door and as she approached the door she yelled “make sure the pizza is cooked all the way tonight a customer called complaining saying her pizza wasn’t cooked all the way through ” following her statement to the employees their response was laughing about the situation upon me getting home ironically enough our pizza was not cooked all the way either which I take responsibility I should have checked before leaving after hearing the above statement. Being a retail store manager myself previously I make it a point not to complain as I know it’s difficult sometimes and busy and staffing sometimes is a issue. As to why I have kept going in hopes each time will be better as Me and my children like to get your pizza once a week as a treat normally on Fridays, although after tonight’s experience we will not be returning.

Ordered pizza was all burnt , overly cooked, made my supreme pizza as a 3 meat and had to wait for a remake. The staff had no costumer service skills , I mean standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to get a incomplete order , then waiting for a redo. I used the app for crying out loud , should be ready in the pick up box without any BS. Right? This Pizza joint is hit or miss. Need the right crew working.

Waiting in the drive thru for almost 20 mins to be asked to hold on for another 15 by a very unpleasant sounding guy. 0 communication while waiting to order. I get understaffing but it became very obvious you’re cooking 1 order, sending it out and so on. Whole thing was irritating and definitely won’t make the mistake of going back.
