Dirty and the food was disgusting. Breadsticks had no flavor, you could wring out the grease in them. The pizza was trash even fresh. We go to Cicis in Harrisonburg and they blow this place out the water. Won’t be eating little Cesar’s ever again because of this experience.

Sometimes, all ya need is a hot and ready pizza. For the money, ya just can’t beat em. I have used this location for a few years now. It’s close, ish, and has consistent good pizza. Maybe a couple of times, the pizza I received was a little overdone, but most of the time, it’s good to go. The location also has a drive-through, so grabbing a pie on the way is super easy. Go get one!

I waited 40 mins for my pizza last night. 3 guys were working. 2 were working hard. 1 was shuffling around barely lifting a finger. You could tell the other two guys were aggravated. I didnt get my free breadsticks from my online order. And didnt even bother to rectify it because the one guy shuffling around basically just dropped my food on the counter. Wanted me to put my code in the pick up machine. Only for me to put it in 3 times and get invalid code for him to realize he didnt do anything on his side, then walk away like he couldnt be bothered. I know the other two guys looked fed up and annoyed. I felt really bad for them. Pizza and breadsticks were great. Just terrible customer service.

The more I go here the more disappointed I am with the service. Hot and ready has turned into a 40 minute wait. I use to go here all the time and it was great. Well today was the last straw. We ordered through door dash. About 40 minutes in we checked and our dasher was still there. We asked what was going on and she said she’s been in the store for 30 minutes and she’s been asked the name for the order 8 times. Nothing… we finally call and ask what was happening and she said it’s already been picked up… the only person with our code is sitting there waiting on it. Our driver said this manager has argued with every customer that’s came in there since she’s been there. Even heard a lady tell here that “this is a stuff crust and not what I ordered”. She argued it. Low and behold our stuff crust is now missing. Safe to say we won’t be back unless this is made right. Incompetent manager…
