NASTY !!! Rude!!! This is the third time I have ordered from here R3CENTLY and got the nastiest attitude. If you dont like your job or life dont take it out on other people. Im calling corporate tomorrow first thing .we dont have many places around here and I’m not going to keep spending money where I’m treated like crap or rushed to order food that I’m paying for. My family likes Little Caesars and I’m not going to take something away from my happy family because some nasty gross rude person cant control their attitude. .Grow up be an adult and learn good customer service . You dont own that store! And your going to stop talking to people that way because I recorded this time and I’m sharing it with corporate .

To be honest, I do not understand all of the negative reviews here. It is my to go spot when I need something quick for some time now. The food is always fresh, hot and tasty. The staff is friendly and polite. Sometimes when they are busy, the staff might seem rushy, but it is something normal in this line of work

Food is exactly what you expect which is fine. Service on the other hand is abysmal. Rude is an understatement and if I ever order from here and don’t have to immediately go back to get the stuff they forgot to give me I’d probably end up going back anyway out of force of habit.

The food is decent and the service is quick. This was 2 years ago. Tonight it was extremely slow and the workers showed absolutely NO enthusiasm on their job. Even the workers in the back seemed lackadaisical in their talks. I waited in line for about 25 minutes to place my order. When I got home (less than 1/2 mile away) the pizza was barely warm. I am even concerned about using the pizza portal (will my pizza even be warm?). Not sure why service is lacking. Hopefully it will improve soon.

I had some issues with them answering the phone to place an oder because the Evening shift leaves the phone off the hook. So then the Assistant manager Nicole gets ahold of me on messenger and took care of the issues! And I want to thank Nicole for caring for her customers!

I grew up working for Foodland where we were trained on how to treat their customers. Marlin R is outstanding in this field. It only took 15 minutes to get my pizza and I had plenty of time to observe his interaction with people and making sure the orders were correct and he hustled the whole time.

Was a while getting my pizza but, the woman who took my order, I think her name was Margaret, was very polite and was doing the work of 3 people. It was at a shift change and the other workers that were coming in, after I had ordered, didn’t seem very motivated at all. But the one that was there and took my order is probably one of the best employees this Little Caesars has had in years. I hope they give her a raise and a promotion. She did all of the work and they where some of the best pizzas I’ve got from this location.
