We ordered a few pizzas awhile back online. Went to pick them up and when we got home about 10 to 15 minutes later we open the pizzas to find out that they look like they were yesterday’s pizzas, tasted as such. They looked horrible. We called the hundred number as well as the store nobody answered at the store. The 800 number basically the same thing to keep you on hold forever. I emailed Little Caesars and never received response back. We spent $$30-40 and ended up throwing this pizza away and getting food. Very very very disappointed and I plan to stop in at the location if I don’t hear back from somebody.

The staff aren’t welcoming in the slightest. My friends have warned me that the staff don’t greet you or anything. I still went in with an open mind but it’s true. They also gave me the wrong order and the pizza was dry and greasy at the same time. I ordered toppings on my pizza and stuffed crust and the pizza had zero toppings and there was absolutely no cheese in the crust, I almost thought it had no stuffed crust. And this has never been an issue before.

Why is it that staff members are only nice to certain customers? You would think regular customers. They would be a lot more nicer. Why is it that I have to ask for a receipt? The staff members will ask the other customers if they want a receipt. Yes, I understand it is just a receipt. There is a reason why I want my receipt..if I don’t ask. They won’t give me a receipt, but they’ll ask other customers. Do you want to receipt ? If I had $11 for a pizza I would not be coming here !!

Got a pizza today for my son here today and I was impressed! The pizza do not look or taste like they used to they are thicker even the bread was different! location was clean but it’s small so it gets crowded in there the parking is good since is by the price rite supermarket .

Horrible customer service I put in a delivery order. The pizza says they’ll be here in a few minutes to then get notified 25minutes later that it was canceled. I call the store. They don’t even know what to tell me or even explain to me why It got canceled and refused to make another one for me.

Consistently disappointing. They’re cheap with ingredients. Asked for and paid for extra cheese, I got barely regular and it was burnt on the top like they need their oven serviced. Ordered “regular cheese bread” and got Italian cheese bread, dripping with a ton of oil and herb madness everywhere. The guy is nice enough though.

Used the app to order and was very useful and easy however there is one drawback to it. It doesnt says when a store is out of a topping and will still charge you for it. The food was hot and fresh as always! Never disappointed with lil caesers!
