The place was pretty clean when I walked in yesterday morning and I was not greeted with any type of negative energy (unlike the little Caesars on 15th St…) They took my order as professionally as they could Offered great service While I was making my order for me and my coworkers, even though it was a large order, they did not mind it and got everything done as quickly as possible, and everything tasted amazing. 2025 1-star review: Ordered two stuffed Crust Pizzas.
The “Crazy” one looked like the regular stuffed Crust. The Pretzel stuffed Crust was over-cooked.
I was “Crazy” to try this place again after the last time the gave 1-star service.

Pizza was terrible 40 some dollars down the drain. Pizza tasted like it was reheated ,Burnt sauce dried up ,bread sticks were hard as a rock with no flavor at all. Very disappointed .

I came to get dinner for my family and I, but the customer service I received was unexpected . No one was at the register so I said hello because I can see and hear movements behind the heating pizza wall so I repeated a little louder just in case I was not heard the gentleman asked what do you want I said I would like to order he replied if you can’t wait go and cook at home I said excuse me? He repeated I SAID GO AND COOK AT HOME DID I STUTTER and he continued to clean the floor there was another employee there but he never spoke and as I was taking this pictures at one point he showed me the middle finger he’s not worthy to be in this franchise.

It’s always an incredible wait at this particular location. They have signs all over this franchise claiming hot and ready, but it’s never ready. Even when you call ahead, whatever wait time they tell you, multiply that by at least two and you will get the actual time your hot and ready will be ready. It’s a matter of principle. If your whole franchise is based on fast service and the service isn’t fast then I mean, idk where you go from there!
