I placed a delivery order for cheese sticks, a Detroit style pepperoni pizza, and a cherry Pepsi.
What was delivered WAS this flat/thin dry pepperoni pizza! Not at all what the Detroit style looks like normally. So I call the store, no answer. I wait a few mins, call again, no answer. Now I figure I’ll try one last time – about 10 mins later, no answer again!!!! Ive never had trouble with this location before, but THIS is ridiculous…

This place is the worst! The workers are young and don’t care about their customers and they will sell you pizza that’s been sitting all day!! Even when you ask them to make it fresh they will make you wait and then put the old food in a new box to make it look like it just came out the oven!! Absolutely the worst place ever!!! Will not be going back to them ever!

I received half my order and told the delivery driver and he said it wasn’t his problem. Tried calling the store only to get answering machines. Deep dish pizza was also under cooked. Very difficult trying to receive a refund for the missing products

I had a terrible experience here. I placed a mobile order at 7:00 PM and didn’t get my food until 8:00 PM. I arrived around 7:10, was told it would be a few minutes, but ended up waiting nearly 45 minutes while other walk-ins, delivery drivers, and online orders were served ahead of me. Employees were chatting and singing instead of paying attention to my order.
I even saw people coming in through the employee entrance and leaving with pizzas, while I was bypassed. When I finally asked about my order, I received stuffed Crazy Bread instead of the Crazy Bread I ordered. The employee showed no apology or care, and the manager only offered a refund with no sympathy—even after I explained I had a nine-year-old waiting at home for food.
This is not the first time I’ve had a similar bad experience at this location. Poor service, wrong order, and no customer care. Very disappointing. I may not ever come back to this store.

They get crazy amounts of people and honestly just do their job and keep it going. I have respect for that. And they are good about always being hot and ready. Its obvious through their interactions w the customers they are a staple in the community. Lots of greeting of friends . Pretty cool to witness.

The employees are unprofessional dirty. They’re closed are not uniforms. They do not wash their hands after handling money. They’re on their cell phones the entire time. The food is disgusting. It’s never prepared on time. Nothing is hot and ready. The manager is disrespectful and rude. She sits on her cell phone in the entire shift.

Ugh. I was a walk in and ordered a Pretzel pepperoni pizza. It took them 20 minutes to make this pizza and once I got it I wished I didn’t the dam thing wasn’t eatable. The cheese was like hard and I mean hard plastic. This pizza was over cooked. Oh yeah I just Love the maskless smiles coming from the kitchen area.. 🙁
