It reminds me of McAlister’s meets Newk’s in a way. Very good food. Slow at table cleaning. The hostess that works the counter up front was wonderful and explained everything to us as it was our first time. The food was phenomenal. Definitely recommend.

Don’t get me wrong—Broma’s has long been a staple in this area, and the food itself is still very good. Unfortunately, the service has noticeably gone downhill, which made this visit disappointing.
From the start, my first interaction with the woman taking my order was unpleasant. She came across as rude and clearly inconvenienced by a simple question about a menu item, which is not the impression you expect from someone in a customer-facing role.
While waiting over 20 minutes for a fairly simple order, I had time to observe what was happening around the restaurant. The front hostess repeatedly left the counter, leaving incoming guests standing around without assistance—not to handle other duties, but to congregate in the bathroom with coworkers, exiting while laughing and snickering.
I also witnessed a concerning moment when a busser dropped a cleaning rag on the floor, picked it up, placed it on a table, cleared the plates, and walked away—leaving the rag and cleaning solution behind.
During my wait for my to-go order, the hostess in the back left her station to join the front hostess. When another guest arrived to place a takeout order, a different employee had to track her down, and ultimately that employee asked me what I had ordered so she could prepare it herself.
Overall, while the food quality hasn’t suffered, the quality of customer service clearly has. If this continues, it risks overshadowing what has otherwise made Broma’s a local favorite for so long.

Ordered the Turkey melt and ham muffalata and picked it up 10 Mins before 9pm closing time. The ladies at the pickup counter and phone were courteous and helpful! Before leaving Bromas, I used the very clean restroom! Thank ya’ll for being so accommodating, especially since it was closing time!

Walked in to place a to go order. We waited about 5 minutes up front before anyone came to take the order. Waited 30 minutes to get a sandwich! Asked 3 times for ranch and was ignored because they were too busy chit chatting and ordering a frosty from doodash! Walked out with no ranch, no apologies, and 40 total minutes of wasted time. Do better

Glad we stopped in when we rolled through town. They have a huge selection of freshly made food. The club sandwich and the Poboy were both delicious. The pasta and broccoli salad were great too. Friendly staff with tons of seating. Great price and great quality. I will certainly be back next time we come though.

Bad service and bad food. I ordered a baked potato with bacon and cheese (for almost ten dollars) and only half of the potato had cheese and very little at that. The lady that gave me my food was yelling from all the way behind the counter and not bringing my order around so when I hesitated to walk behind the counter and grab it from her she got very rude and told me to “just come grab it” because apparently she couldn’t walk the ten steps around the counter. Baked potato was also so hard, dry, and flavorless that I could not eat it. Honestly Wendy’s would be a better option than this.

The food was delicious…..once I got it. I was in a group of 3 and one of them got there plate right away. While the other two of us watch her eat. Sat in the booth for about 45 minutes before we got our two plates. While other people who came in after us got one of the plates while the others were waiting as well. There doesn’t seem to be any organization on how the orders go out of the kitchen.

EVERY single time I go the employees are rude and act like they could care less to be there. I went Friday night to pickup an order. The customer in front of me was treated with respect and smiles, next it’s my turn and the lady just says “yes”. I’m not sure why I didn’t deserve the same service as other customers. This employee was also sitting on their phone behind the to go desk. Every time I try and give another chance they just prove yet again to be the same. Very disappointed.

I eat here average twice a week, on most occasions you have to wait for someone to come and take your order. Tonight after thirty minute wait a server asked what we order and found our order at takeout, the bread on sandwiches was so soggy could not eat. I don’t know who management is but they obviously don’t care. I hate to say this but I probably want be back.
