I ordered 2 pizzas at 5:44p for pickup at 6:30p. When 6:30p hit and there was no update for tracking my order, I called the store where they told me it would be another 10-15 minutes. I left to pick up my order at 6:45p and arrived just around 6:55p where I was again told they were still making my order. I sat in the store for another 15 minutes before asking for another update on my order where they again said they were still working on it. When I asked if I could have a refund as I had to wait over an hour for my order to be ready, they processed the refund but then said they could not give me my full order. I only ordered 2 regular pizzas and had to wait over an hour to not even be offered my full order.

Got a stuffed ultimate supreme and stuffed crazy bread. Both of which were decadent, I was highly satisfied.
Ordered Tuesday, pick up for 9pm. Isaiah answered the phone and took the order so a thanks to him and the rest of the crew.

I called in an order for 3 boxes of Pizza Puffs . Paid for them & went home . Opened the boxes and they were all burnt . They looked like dark brown clumps of horse manure !!!
They couldn’t be eaten !!!
They smelled burnt , looked greasy and as I said resembled horse manure . How do they get away with this ?
I want my money back .

I am utterly appalled by my recent experience at Little Caesars. From the moment I walked in, not a single employee bothered to look up and greet me or the two other customers waiting. We were left standing there for 10 to 15 minutes, only to be informed that they had no hot and ready pizzas available. As someone who works in sales, I am deeply disgusted by this lack of basic customer service. It’s disheartening to see such poor service in a place I’ve frequented as a lifelong Harbor Creek resident. This location needs a complete overhaul—fire the current staff and start fresh with employees who actually care about their customers.
