They’ve raised their prices on their Monday specials (understandable) and don’t even tell you about them unless you ask (only the regular menu was on the table). By the time we got our waiter back with the other menu, the place began to fill to capacity, including a table of 16 loud patrons next to us. The food was good, but no side (potato or even a few veggies) was served with the steak. It also seemed like the two waiters were overwhelmed. The place was packed. In fact, when I finally was able to flag ours down to get the check and dessert to go (we could no longer hear each other speak), he apologized and admitted there were a lot of angry customers. We had to wait another 15 minutes for him to return again with the receipt. I’m glad a local place is doing well, but they were clearly unprepared that evening. They accepted too many reservations, at which point you alienate patrons who expect decent service. Note: I was willing to send them an email instead of this review, but there’s no email info for feedback on their website.

Would prefer the owner/manager was not walking around on the phone with her newborn and that her other children were not hanging out at the table right next to where we were sat. Then watch them run back and forth after changing into their karate uniforms until she herded them out the door. Would have liked to not have dealt with that at all when it is advertised as higher end, plates are at least $40-50 to start and we were trying to enjoy a much needed evening away from our own kids and have an adult conversation. 5:00 on a Wednesday evening with over a $100 bill watching other people’s kids run around and lick sugar candy from an empty table- . Food was very good!

Small but beautiful space with cozy, romantic atmosphere. Perfect for a date night or couples night out. Six of us went for a New Years Eve dinner and were impressed by how only two staff members were able to handle pretty much everything. (Special shout out to our girl Hanna who took care of us and made an excellent dirty martini!) The Clam Chowder had a hint of spice after each bite, which I enjoyed but my husband wasn’t sure about. The Alaskan Red King Crab Legs (1 lb) came out to be about 2 legs, and were a tad overcooked, which was disappointing at $80/plate. While the steaks were all good, the Bernais sauce had too much lemon. The consistency was not thick and creamy. Everything else we had was very delicious however, and we would definitely go back. The Grilled Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes (skins on) were very good as sides, and the Seabass was flavorful and flaky.

Food was excellent even though small portions for price. We ate outside on patio and the table should be larger to fit everything. Also another customer was smoking out there which I think is illegal even though you are outside it is part of the restaurant eating there. We didn’t say anything because we didn’t want to ruin our evening but I would go back because food was so good.

Had the ribeye with scallops and lobster tail. Never knew this place existed. Even had a guy playing at the piano. Very nice. Great bartender too. Will be back for sure.

Very nice cozy space. Front dining area more intimate then rear dining area which was overlit and noisy. Drinks were unique and tasty. However service a little slow. Seemed to be short staffed with only two waiters for entire restaurant. Scallop appetizer was delicious. House chopped salad consists of iceberg lettuce with bacon bits, cheap. Salmon was good but extremely small portion for the price. Ribeye steak was grisly, fatty and flavorless. Would have hoped for better quality meals for price. I don’t think we will be back.

The steaks are excellent, the sides and appetizers are mouthwatering. The apps are perfectly cooked to your desire if you ask then to make small changes.

Great dining experience. My husband and I checked this restaurant out on a Saturday early evening. The ambience is elegant. Man at the piano chose his favorites and the music was relaxing. The service was top notch and the food was excellent!

Every meal I have enjoyed at Krimmer’s has been absolutely amazing. You can taste the passion that Wes has for the craft in every dish. West Bend needed a place like Krimmer’s and West Bend should be ecstatic that they have Krimmer’s.

I had dinner with 3 friends here and I would say our experience was not amazing. The price does not match the quality. We happened to find out that the owner was the “Chef” which was surprising considering the “wedge salad” was 3 pieces of romaine lettuce. The side dishes we ordered were very good (snap peas, mashed potatoes and lobster Mac) but the rest of the food was lacking. The strawberry crème brûlée was a gross runny mess and the peanut butter cheesecake was more like a mouse. And lucky us, they had a bartender trainee making our $15 drinks with no alcohol and only filled 1/2 way. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the place has potential. They need to do better but I won’t be back anytime soon.
