Called in a pickup order for an Extra Most Bestest™
Got home and it was slimy and undercooked by a lot, called and was assured by the manager that “that’s just how the dough looks” I assure you, I’m a big guy, no the hell it isn’t, had it remade, the remake was even more undercooked and the wonderful toddler who boxed it decided to spray garlic butter all over the inside of the box too. I’m getting my money back and never returning to this store again, and I highly recommend no one else gives them their business either.

Stopped to get a “Hot and ready” recieved a “Hard and stale” instead. The pizza wasn’t even hot enough or fresh enough to melt the butter garlic spread you pay extra for. By the time you get home to see what’s in the box it’s not worth going back to ask for a fresh one, and why wait 20 plus minutes for that? If I wanted to wait I would order for pick up, im not the one marketing “Hot and ready” the gentlemen working the counter said they had 3 available, and I guess he gave me the worst one available. Only positive is at least it looked clean inside the store.

I’ve had little Caesar’s from the Sterrettania/26th St location before, and the pizza was good. Decided to get a quick pizza from the West 8th Street location, as I was headed back home and going to pass it, so I placed an online pickup order for a cheese pizza – and paid the 1.50 up-charge for extra cheese (Not a premade ‘hot and ready’). When I got home and opened the box to give my kids their food, this is what I got (see pic). This was hands down the worst pizza I have ever had. Was clearly burnt. No extra cheese. The crust was as hard as a rock. And it seemed like the dough was stale even prior to cooking it. How does an employee cook this and look at it and say – “this is good enough for a customer”? I would have taken it back and asked for a new one if it wasn’t going to be another 20min trip. So this monstrosity got tossed into the garbage where it belonged in the first place. I ordered 2 deep dish pizzas and crazy bread yesterday. When I got home this is what I received. I immediately called and was told that they didn’t receive the regular crust so they had to improvise. This was dry, not much room for actual pizza items and definitely not enough for the 5 people eating it. The bread sticks, although I waited 12 minutes past pick up time for, were dry and did not have an ounce of topping on them. Very disappointed and currently waiting for corporates response to my email

they forgot butter and parm on the pizza which is whatever, but my boyfriend LOVES the butter and parm so he had me call to get it on the list for next time but they make you come back in two weeks??? we don’t get pizza every two weeks. like, why scalp business from people after YOU didn’t do their order right? like kohls except you didn’t even get what you wanted to begin with. Anyways. they made good food otherwise but that’s a really stupid policy, i’d rather just have a refund at that point.
