Ordered online used pizza portal shoved 3 pizzas an 2 pizza puffs in one portal. Boxes were smashed couldn’t get them out. Pizzas was horribly made just slapped together. Seems like owners don’t care. Little kids running around everywhere near hot pizza ovens. Would not recommend ordering from here. Go the distance an order somewhere else

Pizza is always great when you order it, not so great if you choose the hot and readys…. the workers there have no issue screaming at and cussing each other out in front of guests. I definitely got dinner and a show!

I placed a mobile order on 11/29/25 at 6:11 pm. the app had told me my order would be ready at 7:00-7:05, which had been the time i arrived. i went it and noticed my name not on the pizza portal so i waited out in my car for a couple mins. after 10-15 minutes of waiting i went back it and still no name. by this time it is almost 7:30 and i still haven’t received my food items. the guy at the counter then tells my fiancé that they are still waiting on one last item to be made. we noticed a couple who walked out with their items and the front counter guy proceeds to follow the couple out and yell out to us about our order which still wasn’t done. the front counter guy had given the couple their food plus our food and told us that they still needed to make our items after already waiting an hour an a half for our order. the guy proceeds to fix the mix up and we go home to eat, only to find out our pizza wasn’t even cooked, just dough, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni i called to let them know and they offered to remake it after already wasting my time and money. moral of the story, if you have time to be disappointed this is the place to go!!!!!

Really enjoy ordering online and picking up quickly. The online feature saves your previous order and payment information. Sept. 30 we ordered usual 2 thin pizzas with pepperoni and sausage on same side. I guess someone misunderstood and thought we ordered “Too Thin”. The pizzas were as thin as the cardboard it came in. Like matza with a little sauce. Being so thin it was very dry, crisp. I will continue to order but it would be nice to have area to leave note when ordering. Someone thought it would be nice to get creative and tried to “square cut” these pizzas. That works nice for the extra large round pizzas served at another local restaurant but left us with finger food. I would like to be able to tell them online to not make it paper thin, and you don’t even have to cut it.

This location is extremely slow. There is absolutely no reason it should take 50 plus minutes for a basic pepperoni pizza, bread sticks and crazy puffs. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went to get a Italian cheese bread. The people told me 20-30 minutes. I didn’t receive my order until 1 hour 30 minutes later.

Placed an online order online and when received..my order was left sitting outside and was never told it had arrived. Took everything inside to find that the breadsticks were raw and the pizza that we paid for extra toppings barely had anything.

There were two gentleman working the one making the pizza and the other guys name was Ronald. Our pizza was absolutely perfect not dry . And Ronald was exceptionally respectful. Two nicest people

I stopped to get my children and their friends some pizza after the park. It was about 20 minutes until close and Jenna was super sweet, made our two pizzas without complaints and she gave the kiddos some cookies to keep them calm while we waited. The male worker was also super sweet but I didn’t catch his name. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service 🙂

I ordered an extra most bestest cheese pizza and it was overdone, burnt in some places and tasted dry to the bone. I tried eating it and couldn’t get any further. Also got crazy bread which was also dry but otherwise standard. As I said and as you can see in the photo the pizza is burnt and the cheese barely covers the pizza in a lot of places. Not to mention my order took 20 minutes to get from the time I ordered. They did seem to be busy at the time and I was told I would have a 10 minute wait but I waited more than double that. The inside of the building is dirty, greasy grimmy and generally not appealing to the customer. Needs a deep cleaning. There is nowhere to sit while you are waiting aside from a tiny ledge infront of the window that is rather stiff and uncomfortable. I watched several employees handling food products such as dough, sauce, and toppings with no gloves or any proper sanitary items. Deeply dissatisfied with this experience. I will try going to the other location within the bfs across town. I wouldn’t recommend this location if your looking for hot and ready good pizza.
