Sometimes there is a wait on the hot and ready pizzas which I think is a bit crazy but I understand that at times it gets busy and sometimes things may make it hard to stay caught up. Other than the wait at times, the staff is awesome , always helpful and courtesy. I rate 5 stars because I see how hard they are working to produce quality food and excellent customer service at the counter with there customers.

Paid $14 for a stuffed crust with parm on the crust and the crust and bread is thin, it’s half cooked and there’s barely cheese in the crust. I’ve never had a problem with my pizza but today I couldn’t even eat the pizza because i wasn’t even able to hold it in my hand like I usually do.

For the price it’s great. Not the best pizza but walk in and grab a pizza for 6 bucks and walk out.
They have a pretzel crust pizza that is good. Instead of tomato sauce it has a cheese sauce.
The thin crust pizza is really good.
They have a cheesey bread that is really good but super greasy. You can also get pepperoni on it.
Chicken wings are horrible but if you are getting wings from a chain this close to Buffalo you are crazy.

Hot and ready were not there several people came in and out during dinner hours asking. Ordered pizza from front stating it would take 15-20 . Took 50 mins. Call ahead or skip this location

The food is good. Pretty standard little ceasers pizza. The place has the kiosk that is really nice for orders.
The issue with this location is they will wait till after you pay to tell you if there will be a wait. For example I switched to a hot and ready pizza after asking if a different style was avaliable. Then ordered another item forgetting to ask if it was ready to go. Cashier did not mention it would be a wait till after the food was paid for.
So if coming here make sure to ask about each item you are ordering if you are wanting to avoid a wait before you pay.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a pizza. Well done. Came barely cooked. Got puffs. Not cooked at all. Normally pizzas come with cheese, right? Not enough to even cover the top. So I wasted every cent on this.

We didn’t get our sauces. We were told they will bring them and never did. We waited 15 min out food was cold and I was told that they will give us credit only for the sauces. So not only is food cold but it can’t be enjoyed as intended. I wasted $70. I rather order from dominos I never had this issue with them. I spoke with the manager he said his name was ken unless he lied about that too.

This location is notorious for being slow and not even coming close to their hot and ready ads. Not just on weekends. Wed I’ve been told several times 20 minutes wait. Tonight is a Friday and they are telling customers at 715pm no hot and ready pizzas, bread sticks or pepperoni crazy puffs for 30 to 35 minutes. Place has been mismanaged for years. Worst fast food place in Jamestown area.

Terrible customer service!!
We placed our order through the app. I waited to go in until the app said it was ready. When I went in the cashier found our order in the system but couldn’t locate the food in the store. The cashier then I assume asked his manager where it was and the manger took over helping me. He was extremely rude and unapologetic. His solution was to wait another 20 minutes for the order. I asked if he could just refund for the Hawaiian pizza so I could just get two pepperoni pizzas. I had to come up with a solution. They definitely need a better system to track online orders and more organization.
