I placed an order, but my pizza was put in the wrong portal. The counter lady had me standing there for about 20 minutes while she kept coming back and forth. I called her several times, but she didn’t respond or acknowledge me. After making me wait for her mistake, she didn’t even apologize. If I hadn’t already paid for the pizza, I would have left the store.

Very disappointed that I just wasted my lunch break and was unable to get food because the Manager couldn’t comprehend that I wanted Italian cheese bread add pepperoni’s, not the pepperoni bread you already offer! Then he couldn’t process my refund at all. Shameful that I have to return when the Manger Allen is NOT present to get my order correct.

Stopped by because my son wanted to try the new Crazy Calzone that little Ceasars has. Not a huge fun of there pizza. Not bad, but not my 1st choice of pizza. My son absolutely loves Little Caesars. He thinks is the best pizza in the world lol. Can’t beat the price of a hot and ready to go pizza that’s for sure.

Ordered one crazy bread two pretzel crust with pizza sauce and cheese and one classic cheese pizza and they gave me three classic cheese pizzas and when I called them to let them know that you hung up on me and now they’re ignoring their phone because they know they messed up do not go to this place they’re ignorant horrible staff members in there and rude when you’re in there

Tonight I had the Best lil Caesars pizza I’ve ever had. Finally the stores being run right! The manager ( young lady, blond dread locks) is doing a great job. The pizza was crispy & chewy. Service was fast & pie was perfectly cut. Credit due

The pizza for lunch special had no bottom and was super dry with little sauce and seemed to me old and prepped incorrectly. I also waited up front to order for 5 minutes although employee saw me and did not acknowledge me. She seemed out of it and no customer service.

My deep dish pizza, had no cheese on it and tasted like cardboard. My Italian cheese sticks had no cheese on them either and was disgustingI. I don’t know if it’s the location that is serving such terrible food or is it the company policy now to give cheap and nasty pizza. This location has turned me off from going to any other of Little Caesars. Everything that’s cheap is not good, trust and believe that.

We order a couple of times a month. The food is always good and fresh. The cut table more often than not does not read the customer notes…in particular the note to NOT cut the pizza.
The product holds up much better uncut for the 15 minute drive home. Especially thin crust. If it’s cut by the time I get it home it’s still thin but behaves like wet paper towels.
As far as atmosphere, I have yet to experience any atmosphere besides the expressions on the employees’ faces. It plainly says “I really don’t want to be here. And I want to deal with you even less.”
Lastly, the restaurant appears to be pretty well clean .
