Don’t go here. I offered a lady a seat while waiting for food, and employee “kevin” told me I wasn’t allowed to talk to another customer. I got my food and told him not to tell me what to do, asked to talk to the manager, and she refused to talk to me. Then they called the cops on me and claimed I was harassing them and the customer when all I did was offered up my seat. I will never go to little Ceasars again.

Today I spent 40 minutes waiting for a pizza and watching everyone getting their deep dish faster then me total of 5 people came in after me to get a deep dish. They finally asked me what I ordered I told them and they told me “Oh it was burnt so we were making you a new one.” Even though I paid for it I said the heck with it and left instead of waiting. Ever since the supervisor Jose left everything has been going down hill, even the wait time to get service has slowed, they will stand around and talk without taking your order while looking at you.

My husband and I usually love Little Caesars, but not so much this time. Our pizza clearing had been sitting around for a bit, because it was lukewarm at best when I got it home 10 minutes after picking it up and didn’t taste fresh. Not to mention our wings were so tiny(definitely NOT worth $8). Very disappointing.

I place an order wait it for delivery to find out they delivered to the wrong address. I called them and they gave a 1-877 number. They issued a refund. then I asked what about my pizza, they said call the store. Never again.

The 4 stars are for Cindy at the counter who took care of every customer. Other than that it was a disappointment, why do they have the app and the pizza portal if they are going to place our food behind the counter and not notify us.

I use to love the pizza and customer service, but I will tell you I don’t know what happened to the previous managers but this store is in total disarray. Last couple times I’ve been there I have stood at the counter four at least 10 minutes no one out front they watched through the back of displays talking with each other never acknowledged me until they decided to . I then waited another 20 minutes to get a hot and ready got to my car and noticed pizza wasn’t cut went back in to get it cut and was treated like it was a problem, person waiting on me was dirty looking wrinkled r shirt long hair just frustrating. Went back couple days later the two Spanish girls again didn’t come out from behind the back for at least 10 mins other customers waiting for service and or food they preordered half a hour in advance and still wasn’t ready , this place has gone down hill in the last couple months, getting to the point I tell everyone not to go there unless it’s a last resort, I normally don’t complain about anything but this store is totally unprofessional, that’s all I can say without getting belligerent
