Service is fine. I was very excited to get little ceasars for the first time in almost 3 years. The pretzel pizza, though… Im a trucker. I have eaten the nastiest food at the most questionable gas stations in towns you’ll never find. That pretzel pizza is the worst thing Ive ever tried. Waste of 12 bucks. Wayy too much money to be so disgusted.

Not usually the type to leave reviews, but This time I couldn’t not. I just got two Pretzel Pepperoni pizzas, and when I got to the crust I was excited to try it, since it’s stuffed crust. The second I bit into it I was greeted by the harsh taste of chemical cleaners, and it made my tongue numb for a little. Thankfully I spit it out quickly. Not sure what the heck is going on there but this will be the last time I order from there. The pizza is poison enough without the chemicals being added anyway. Plus the Pizza had a layer of grease that would make dominoes jealous. Disgusting. Not sure what the employees responsible are doing. My guess is they handles dishes and the dish soap cleaners with their gloves before moving on to handle our Pizza’s. A legit health violation. If I were you I’d look somewhere else, less your dinner plans get ruined like mine was.

We’ve gone to Dunkirk store more than a few times for hot and ready and they never have it. Used to love this place for a quick stop on the way home but not anymore. Employees stand around instead of doing their job. Not sure if they have any supervisor but they really need one.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza. There was no cheese in the crust. My son said he ordered one last week and there was no cheese in the crust in his pizza. I want a refund. I called little Caesars and the manager basically called me a liar. He said that’s what the stuffed crust is supposed to look like. I have ordered stuffed crust before and there is supposed to be cheese in the crust. The crust I got was hollow. I offered to bring him the pizza even though I live over 30 minutes away because I feel that he needs to see this. He said I was being loud and obnoxious. Really? You called me a liar. Never get anything from this place again. I never got a refund or a replacement. The manager asked me my name and said he would take care of it but this is being edited 2 weeks later and nothing has been done. I guess it’s time for me to call cooperate.

Today I spent 40 minutes waiting for a pizza and watching everyone getting their deep dish faster then me total of 5 people came in after me to get a deep dish. They finally asked me what I ordered I told them and they told me “Oh it was burnt so we were making you a new one.” Even though I paid for it I said the heck with it and left instead of waiting. Ever since the supervisor Jose left everything has been going down hill, even the wait time to get service has slowed, they will stand around and talk without taking your order while looking at you.

If it weren’t for the screwy hours they were keeping (and may be still closing at such early hours) this would probably be, if not number one, than close to it on my list of pizza places in the Dunkirk/Fredonia area.
There have been Friday and Saturday nights that they are shut down before 8pm and anyone living in this area especially during the cold months, there isn’t a whole lot to do on Fridays and Saturdays that doesn’t involve the consumption of too much alcohol-well, except eating pizza and binge watching t.v or playing video games. Of course pizza and alcohol go together just fine but that subject is for a different more serious review if I can pull one off.
So, let’s review this review (hehehe) good food, great prices-still, fast, courteous service…. but screwy hours that rob a good business of their ability to score a perfect 10 in my opinion. Not enough to keep me from my Crazy Bread. Just wish I could get it after 8 pm in case I get busy doing laundry or cleaning the litter box and lose track of the time.

Came here after not having little ceasers in years and definitely remembered why, pizza and cheese bread was burnt black, barely cut, cashier was rude, order screens inside dont work, very disappointing I know its cheap food but there are still some excpectations you’d think
