I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Little Caesars location. Normally, I would call the store directly and speak with a manager to address my concerns, but based on how I was received when I walked in, I honestly don’t believe anyone would have cared.
The store looked dirty and unkept, which is very concerning when you’re serving food. The pizza was cold, and the employees behind the counter were rude. On top of that, their appearance and overall presentation were unprofessional. When you work in food service, there should be a certain level of cleanliness, etiquette, and professionalism.
This location honestly should be checked for health code violations based on how unsanitary it appeared. I truly regret not asking for a refund. Very disappointing experience.

Staff is always friendly! We ordered 2 cheese pizzas from here tonight. One pizza was perfect with no issues. The other had so much sauce it soaked through the box by the time we got home about a 7 min drive. We ended up throwing one entire pizza away because when you tried to pick up a piece it was soaked with sauce and fell apart. The last photo is from the 2nd(good pizza) and the first 3 are from the over sauced mess of a pizza. Usually they are really good and have no issues but tonight they dropped the ball.

Slices of pizza. It was just me in the store and waited almost my whole 30 min break. No pizzas were already made like how they advertise. The lady who made my pizza was on the phone the whole time while she was making it. Waiting that long and it was really doey. Which means she didn’t start my order when I put it in.

You don’t get what you pay for here. Some breadsticks weren’t even as big around as my pinky finger. Not sure if they don’t care or they are doing this to save on product. But come on. You can do better.

Came in paid for hot and ready. Okay 10 ppl got there orders. I asked nicely the first time. Second time 10min after after 20min late sitting there. The black lady threw my Oder on table didn’t say nothing. And left. Then the owner came to me. Saying to grab my order and leave. That inside wasn’t American operated she was the owner a mixed across seas women. Saying she don’t care pretty much. No repect, or value,Or order for there employee to talk to customers like that will not return. And and it up o higher gov branches. Unacceptable

I haven’t had Little Caesars pizza in years. I seen a commercial for a pretzel pizza & decided to try it out. When I ordered it in person, the cashier did not specify there was a cheese sauce or pizza sauce option. I would automatically think pizza sauce unless a person specifically ask for cheese sauce. I didn’t realize til I was home that my pizza had no pizza sauce. I tried it anyway and did not like it at all. I called the store to see if they would swap it for a pizza sauce and was advised since I took a bite they couldn’t give me a new one with the sauce I want.

Wanted a pizza with eveything. Got pepperoni and sauage. Bad service. Call the young man kept say uh,uh uh, let me get the other guy, then they hung up. Tried calling back and the line was busy, all the way up to closing. Real smart business practice. Never gonna bye there again.
