So I have not had Little Caesars in over 10 yrs. My Wife wanted their pizza from the Ferguson location, but I accidentally ordered from this location. I went to pick it up because food delivery services are super slow and during winter it’s a guarantee your food will be cold. So I love the tracker that l let’s you know when to come into the store and get your food. You get an email with a code that you enter into the warming portal and the shelf with your food opens up so you can take it. So I thought that was cool, no one can steal your food and it stays warm. Second surprise, this was the best cheese pizza I have had in years! The Stuffed Crunch Crust was so good, normally I dont like stuffed crust. The wings were so good. I don’t know what seasoning they put on those Oven Roasted Wings but it was good and spicy….they are not suppose to be spicy, but I enjoyed the heat. The Parmesan Wings were good too, not too wet. I ordered online, I didnt have to interact with the Staff. I was impressed. I would go back to this location. I hope the next experience is just as good.

My grandson wanted pizza from here today, while waiting on the pizza, I notice a hard working young man named Quran. He was very impressed, he wasn’t watching to see what other team members were doing, he appear to be focus and concerned about meeting the customers need. I don’t know whether he’s in management or not, but if not you may want to consider moving him up. A young man with that type of work ethic is rare from my experience. Take care of him Little Caesar, I’ve been in management over 40 years and very impress with him. Good job Quran!

This location was not taking online orders, so I called this location. I spoke with a gentleman he’s took my order for 3 of the pizza with the breadsticks together. I was promised my order would be ready in 18 minutes. When I got there nobody knew anything about my order, They were all just standing around. they said they couldn’t make anything for me cuz it was too late. They did not in any way try to make this right, there was no what can we do to compensate you, nothing No discounts to make up for my waisted trip, and they definitely weren’t willing to making anything because it was too close to close time for them. If you guys don’t want to make pizzas because you close soon in order to make right a mistake on your part, why don’t you just close the store early since you’re not willing to work all the way up till close time.

Never again! You can clearly see it says NO CHEESE! Its always something. Im tired of ppl playing with my food. Since i went vegan its literally always something now. Its definitely intentional atp! Aint no way! Tried calling and going up there. Left a vm and all. No answer and was closed for Monday. Forgot to go back up there with all I have going on. So guess its a loss smh. $12 for a pizza i didnt even get to eat least the vegetarians in the house got to eat it! My other review ig wasnt approved for profanity. Im grown and ppl shouldnt be playing with ppls food and money!!! Extra sauce but you see not one drop of red sauce. They did whatever they wanted with this pizza literally!

After waiting almost 2 hours, with multiple delays. My order was cancelled! Prior to the cancellation I attempted to call the driver directly via the number provided in the app. No one picked up. After calling the store the customer service rep told me he wasn’t in the physical store, after saying he was in Jennings. He transferred me only to be left on hold. Currently its been 35 minutes and last time I checked my money hadn’t been refunded!!

WORST EXPERIENCE ever trying to just get a pizza! I placed my order for ONE darn Hot and ready pizza at 6:39 PM .. by 6:59pm my pizza was still not hot or ready. I asked for a refund. The employees were slow, rude. Playing & had no sense of urgency during rush hour. I am pretty sure they were pulling chicken from the back of the oven and eating it. I have not been to this location in over a year . I do not even live 2 miles away. I will never come back. This is the experience I have every time at this location.

Whether they are teenagers or not making the food, they have no pride in how they prepare the food. Pizza is cut anyway, toppings thrown on all over the place. It’s sad. The only reason why I keep returning because my kids like pizza and it’s close to the house.

First time eating here and last time!! No gloves worn by the food handlers!! Cashier was just rude and not helpful! No one there was friendly at all! Front door glass was broken with bullet holes in it!! Parking lot was trashed and the inside was dirty too! Now to the food The pizza and bread sticks was nothing but sloppy soggy greasy mess!! Didn’t taste good at all!! The whole box was filled with grease!! Do better Little Caesar’s this is horrific and I had my children with me!! They even was complaining about the service and how bad the food was
