I ordered pizza for my classroom the day before. When I’m ordering the pizza they would not take payments over the phone for the pizza a head of time nor did they deliver. I had to get cash out so my aid could pick the order up. When she got there, they had no record of the order and she had to wait while they made the pizza. I asked to talk to the manager and I was told she only speaks Spanish. I asked for a discount because they lost my order and was refused. I have never had such terrible service at Little Caesars and could not believe the manager did not speak English.

I saw outside of the store a ladie asking kindly for her money back but then one of the staffs which a female came at her and threw the receipt at her and was being and has been rude to her I try to order online and I asked for 6 pizzas and they said we can’t give you that much and hanged up the phone

If there was a way to give less then 1 star, I would choose that. The worst service. Everyone is rude and has no idea what is going on. Quote 15 minutes, wait 40. The last time I was here, I waited 47 minutes for 2 pizzas that were supposed to be hot and ready, that were ordered online. And the time prior to that, I was turned away at the door, told that they weren’t not taking any orders unless they were online. No one answers the phone ever, and all the employees seem to be bothered with even being there. Please do not go here!!!!!

Today I went to little Caesar’s to try to get a pizza for my son the staff at the register charged me twice and didn’t not give me the pizza when I told him to give me back my money called a girl who was the one at the kitchen the girl was rude and threw a recipe at me and told me to leave it was 5/18/23 I don’t know why they treat their customers like that
