They are .6 miles away. Pizza was ready in half an hour. We got our soggy pizza in 1.5 hours.
Also, 3 weeks ago we had a large party. Told them we needed the 6 pies by 5pm. They weren’t ready until 5:40, let alone travel time.

I have routinely visited this location throughout the year and every single time I am told that they cannot make my order because they’re closing soon. Note that I was ordering crazy bread at 8:30 and they close at 10:00. They totally weaved on what their lie and excuse was, first was they had already cleaned that area and so could no longer make crazy bread. Then they told me that they didn’t have any crazy bread left when we all know that they use the pizza crust dough to make the crazy bread. Point is the people that are working there are lazy and rude and honestly they are wasting their franchise owners money and are getting awful reviews. If you don’t have to go here don’t. This is deplorable.

There were no cars in the parking lot and I thought it was closed at first because there was no one at the counter and it looked dark. When I entered no one came to the counter for a few minutes. There were two pizzas ready to grab and go, so I picked a cheese pizza. It was OK, the kids were happy to have food but overall it’s not the best quality pizza. It’s mostly dough.

I have been to a lot of Little Ceasars locations and live in between the Leesburg and Winchester locations. The Leesburg location is full of hard working friendly people and will bake crazy bread right up until closing anytime. We have a child that loves crazy bread and have been to this location multiple times around 8:30, well before thr 10pm closing. On 3 separate occasions they have said they can’t make crazy bread because the “closed the station”. This time they went back and forth between saying they closed the station and ater that they have no crazy bread. This is the third time. You can tell that they are just trying to get out of there early and don’t want to bother honoring their hours or working past closing. Paige there said she was a manager but gave me a blank stare and a bunch of excuses and conflicting stories on why they can’t make crazy bread after 8:30. This guy cane out and said I was lying about being in there on 3 separate occasions with the same result. I said “do you think I would be in here complaining and making up something just for fun? It is 100% what my experience has been. Anyway, I would stay away from this location at al costs if you have a choice! They don’t know the first thing about customer service and just seem like couldn’t care less or take pride in the job. Paige would not give me the owner information or anyone to contact either.

5 years ago little Ceasars has 5 dollar hot and ready anytime you needed one. Now this place thinks their special. I’ve lived here for over 5 years I’ve never been able to get a pepperoni pizza here hot n ready it’s always a wait. And tonight they have the audacity to tell me 20 more mins after 20mins on a hot and ready little Ceasars pizza. Someone needs to write the owner of this franchise a damn letter and he needs to be In there fixing their problems. God damn issue to get food from the place people used to rely on to be quick, cheap, and half way decent to feed themselves

It took a couple minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there. About 5 minutes later she said she’d be right with me. Another 10 minutes go by and someone else says there’s a 25-30 minute wait for a pizza. Why was I not immediately told this when you advertise Hot and Ready?Thanks for wasting my time and not honoring your own guarantee.
