Ordered delivery tonight and when box was opened pizzas were smashed and mangled like the whole order had been dropped. Not satisfied at all especially after being charged a delivery fee plus tipping the delivery driver. Would not recommend at this point.

Love the food always. BUT whenever I called to place my order. They never pick up, or if they do they just tell me to “please hold” like if I wasn’t already. I’m currently on hold for 31 minutes and I came to order to see if it was busy. It wasn’t. But I walk in and see someone just standing at the register not doing much. I place my order. And I’m still waiting for it. My hold time is now 36minutes and I been here for 15.

If I could, give them zero stars.
Over 1 hour wait after placing order online.
Pizzas and crazy bread are always overcooked! When you try to get a slice, it is not even cut all the way since it is too hard to cut.
Tried to give them another chance, but I was wrong. I called to speak to the manager or supervisor (a person in charge for tonight) and was told “Frank” was too busy at the back and couldn’t get on the phone. Not good at all. Poor customer service!

Got the new 4pack of Little Ceasars pizza puffs. They are delicious & easy to share. Perfect for children, it’s like a muffin that they can hold more easily than a slice. The picture shows only 3 because my kids got to them quickly. Also got a cheese pizza with mushrooms & they were so fresh & plump!!

They need to turn the ovens down. Pizza is always burnt and the crazy bread is literally burnt bricks… this is repeatedly not a one time instance. Know they were wrong for even packing this.

Definitely not the Little Caesars I remember. I bought 2 hot and ready pepperoni pizzas that were apparently old. They tasted like burnt cardboard. I remember little Caesars being saucy and loaded with gooey melted mozzarella. This was certainly not that. Everybody over cooks pizza these days. I don’t understand it. I will not be going back to Little Caesars. I have now written them off just as I have Domino’s. Frozen pizza would’ve been better than this garbage.

We called and wanted crazy bread well done. The person who answered said they don’t do that despite us getting it this way for years in various locations. She refused to do it so we didn’t order. Such a weird hill to stand on but we won’t be going back.

I went to this Little Caesars 2 days ago and I just have to say I had a wonderful experience. Even if I waited a little more than I was supposed to, I understood because it was a busy day. The person at the front was very patient and friendly with me. My pizza was very delicious as well. Also the new bacon puffs were very tasty. Overall, I cannot wait to go back again!
