Social Profile:

A visit to this Tex-Mex atmosphere isn’t dangerous, but it’s a whole lot spicier than your everyday life. It’s not too hot, mind you, it’s just full of flavor. Little Angie’s Cantina is the kind of place where the food is so fresh it’s still sizzling at your table. Like the house specialty fajitas with grilled steak, chicken shrimp and garden fresh vegetable platters. And the lively dining room and Cantina is filled with artifacts from the Southwest to create a real Wild West setting. At Little Angie’s it’s OK to laugh out loud, fill up on fresh salsa fresca and our famous margaritas, and maybe have a little more than you ought to – to break the rules, so to speak. It’s Southwestern food and service with an attitude! Seasonal deck dining.

Tex-Mex food & a wall of tequilas in a festive space with Southwestern artifacts, music & a deck.

Nice server who did a great job! Beware service charge. Shrimp “tropical” tacos were not good…super basic, just shrimp and lettuce w sauce and fruit. Needed way more flavor and effort. Other food was good, such as guacamole bites, chips and salsa, seafood enchiladas. Nice to eat on patio right in the thick of things!

We arrived during shift change, and it took a bit to get our order taken. I did not get the street tacos ordered, but the chicken tacos I did get were okay. The tropical tacos my husband ordered were very good. The kids’ meals were generously portioned, but my toddler was surprised (and not in a good way) to find Kraft cheese inside of her quesadilla rather than the typical cheddar cheese. My other kiddos were satisfied with their meals, and the wait time for our food was reasonable.

I don’t like to write bad reviews, but after last week’s experience , I thought I should say something. Myself and some out of town guests decided we would stop and give it a try for the first time. I’ve heard mix reviews about the food at work. We ended up receiving the wrong drinks from the bar. We asked our waiter for some napkins after spilling some salsa and never received them. The black beans were all dried out like they had been sitting in a pot for some time. The rice tasted just like tomatoe paste and rice slapped together. The shrimp fajitas were bland. We had to ask two different servers to get some silverware so we could eat our food after it arrived. During this whole time, our waiter didn’t seem to care about us or his other tables much. Just do the bare minimum and dissappear. Overall, it wasn’t a good first impression. I understand mistakes get made, and places get busy, but when you normally get seated at a table to get silverware and napkins to start. The chips and queso were very good. We will probably give it a second chance, but not at this moment.

Went to Angie’s for lunch with a buddy. Food was good I had the Chipotle Chicken Bacon wrap and a Mango Arnold Palmer drink. The drink was awesome, and the wrap is pretty tasty and very filling. We had Bre as a server, she took great care of us and was very friendly!

I tried the Buffalo cauliflower tacos and was surprised by how delicious they were. My fiance got the enchiladas combo and reported that it was very tasty. The fried ice cream was the best I’ve had in years. With the perfect combination of ice cream, whipped cream, cinnamon and honey, we enjoyed every bite. Definitely big enough to share!!

I dined here a few weeks, and I enjoyed the experience. Our server was very helpful even though they were quite busy. I got a lot of food for the price I paid, although it wasn’t the highest quality food. This place is definitely a quantity over quality type of establishment, but I do not have any complaints.

Host was great! Services after seemed off, no offers for drink refills. Food took a while even though it was not that busy, but the server did apologize for the wait. Even the salad as an appetizer took 25 minutes to come out. Food was just ok, the street tacos appeared to have been sitting for a while based on the top of the beef and the shells were stuck to the plate so couldn’t be picked up.

I went there for the first time with two friends. This was the worst Mexican food I have had in a while. We also had the worst service. The facility was clean. I ordered tacos, chips & queso, salsa, and a margarita. Everything was gross. My drink tasted like pure syrup. We were ignored by our server for the majority of our time there. He did not come to check on us. We had to flag him down each time to correct our orders. The whole experience was a nightmare. It took 25 minutes for our server to ring us up. I will not be returning ever.

Service is good. Salsa was chunky like pico but seasoned very well. Unlike most Mexican restaurants you do have to pay for chips and salsa, but it’s very low ($2.50 when we were here) and free refills. Food was good, they had some lighter options which was nice for lunch.

The service was great! Hurricane Paul was super fun and provided very great service! The seafood enchiladas were great and I had the street tacos that were just enough for a light lunch! Very unique steak and radish combo that paid very well with the sauce that comes with it. The Mango Arnie Palmer is a must have! Delicious and great place with AC to relax and have a good meal.
