Under-the-radar restaurant near Roseville. I tried “Lisbeth’s plate”, which included crispy pork belly, hominy corn (mote) red onion, tomato salsa, homemade hot sauce, and llapingacho. The llapingacho is an Ecuadorian potato pancake. It’s a real standout. The homemade hot sauce was delicious and not overly spicy. The mocktail I had was apple honey flavored and it had a unique, lightly tart green apple flavor that was vivid but natural. Good service. Will come again!

The Shawarma sandwich is absolutely delicious! The side salad is delicate, refreshing, and filling. I have eaten here several times. The food is consistently tasty and the staff is always friendly at Lisbeth’s Cafe & Restaurant.

I’m still eating my shawarma sandwich as I write this, and WOW! The scents from the restaurant (and the aroma floating around my car on the drive home) told me all I needed to know, and they did not disappoint. I’d recommend this place to all of my friends and I’ll definitely be back! I ordered for pick-up, showed up early and they were very friendly, and my food was out earlier than the app said. If you’re on the fence, get off of it and go HERE for lunch!

I am a savory breakfast kind of guy. I had the Mote Pillo this morning and it was not only beautiful to look at but was also delicious. I highly recommend. I also had the pleasure of finishing my wife’s Bolon Mixto, also delicious, many complimentary flavors and I love pork belly. The cost was a deal for the quality of the food and the service is good.

Found through OpenTable.com , this quaint little suburban restaurant has what it takes to get my 5 star rating and a spot on my Google Guide’s Reviews list. We started with the cheese empanadas and I give this two thumbs up. I got the impression this place has a strong Ecuadorian influence. Everything was superb including the simple mixed greens salad , so fresh and simply perfect. There was nothing left on our plates , not even a crumb.

I finally tried this restaurant after driving by it for years and highly recommend! The breakfast food was wonderful and I look forward to trying some of their lunch and dinner dishes some time.

I went with my husband and my son! It was quiet and calm being that we were the only ones there. The music on the tv was a nice touch. The food was really good and we were all able to get something we like!

Stopped here after running a few errands in the area… I decided to stop in for the first time and try out some food and it was quite delicious. I ordered the Gyro Sandwich with a side of fries and a drink…. Although the fries weren’t as crispy as I would’ve liked and were a bit bland (just needed some seasoning), the Gyro was absolutely fantastic which is what I’m basing this review on… It was the perfect size and full of flavor. You should definitely give it a try… a few side notes, the service was also very quick as well, I think it took about 5-8 minutes to get my food and the person who took my order was very nice as well.

The most under-appreciated breakfast in the Roseville / New Brighton / Arden Hills area. The food is excellent. Open for brunch and lunch too. And dinner most days. When I look at the menu I kinda want to come back tomorrow to try another item. This place should be packed every day. Am I glad when it’s not super crowded so that I get quick service- Yes. Am I also disappointed on ownership’s behalf that it’s not super packed when the food is that good and people just don’t know it yet- Also Yes.
Easy on/off from 35W. Split up your commute by swinging in for a plated breakfast. Or meet a friend for lunch without needing to trek further into the bit more congested center of Roseville.
