I went to this location this evening & purchased a 15 piece tender. Instead I got a box full (over 15) of skinny minny tenders. They are stale as heck too! This location usually have a very nice size but this was ridiculous. And she tied the bag so tight I couldn’t check. **I went around 930. They close at 11pm** I would rather waited than to buy these.

Had the six piece shrimp combo. Shrimp are breaded jumbo butterfly, breaded and deep fried to perfection. The side of Cole slaw and mac and cheese, made this a perfect meal.

Bad experience with paying for my food and not receiving it in the bag five different time and they have alot young people working that don’t focus on what they are doing but like not cooking the food not long enough but I went in to talk to the owner and explained it to him what these customers are experiencing and he suppose to fix the problem

The service one provides makes and/or breaks their business. I went with my sister on Saturday, July 20, 2024 to Lisa’s Chicken & Seafood in Forest Hill, Texas where I had never been before, nor had I heard of this fast food restaurant. The young woman who took the order was very rude and arrogant, not a pleasant experience at all. My sister forgot to add an item to her order and she was still an engaging customer at the time. As she was adding the additional item, I perused the menu and saw that she was paying for 4 items when looking at the menu, she could get 5 items for the same price that she was paying for the 4 item order. When I inquired is when the attitude of the order taker became rude and belligerent, stating in a rude and arrogant tone and manner, “that’s what she ordered and giving my sister negative vibes along with evil looks and rudely addressing me because I brought this to her and my sister’s attention”. Normally based on my experience with skilled and well trained employees, they will quickly assist the customer with options in order to create a friendly customer relationship and environment. This is how a business creates great customer relationships because one thing we know for sure is that “word of mouth” can help grow or break your business. The food was nothing extraordinary because I have had this type of fast food from other restaurants that was of equal taste or better. I don’t know who the owner of this Lisa’s Chicken & Seafood is, but if I did and had the contact information, I would certainly provide them with this information also. I will do some due diligence to see if I can find out who the owner is. We need more consumers to speak up and speak out when we are paying our money for not only the food, but also a respectful and dignified service. I won’t be going back to this fast food restaurant and I will certainly let others know about our experience.
