Overall the scenery and vibe were nice but unfortunately the staff was not very transparent. Overall we paid 500 dollars for a service that only lasted for an hour. Upon booking a section for my friend’s birthday we were under the impression that we would be set for the night. Not too long after receiving our bottle and hookahs the lounge started to become crowded. We paid for a hookah refill and shortly after we were told we had to move due to another group booking our table. The hookah we had just received was taken away.
We also asked for another bottle since someone took ours and never received it. When we questioned the staff we were told they were over capacity and that a larger group was not buying anything which was strange given that we did make purchases.
After stepping out for a second my friend told staff she would return for her balloons. After being told to leave them the balloons she planned to take home were all popped

Would’ve gave it a ZERO stars if I could!
The man and woman at the door were extremely rude. She patted me down multiple times even after already giving me the ok to go in. The place was small and only sat down for 10 mins before they kicked everybody out to setup for another event. It was really small and overly crowded inside. Should’ve been told this at the door. Thankfully it was free. I will never go here again.

How do you open knowing you don’t have any water. I mean literally NO WATER, AND HEAT.. the bathrooms had no water couldn’t flush the toilets or wash hands. They had a bucket of water with soap to dip your hand in after using the restroom. People had to go across the street to get food and bring it back.. So Disgusting!!! They should of just closed down for the day, instead of being Money Hungry!!!

I will say that happy hour is a pleasant time to go. Good music good service …. But when it starts to turn into a club HORRIBLE!! The bottle girls have an attitude, they are mad disorganized, they move you everywhere and they act like it’s your fault for sitting where you are sitting.
I had a horrible time there, first the hookah guy knocked over my beer bottle and they replaced it and THEN MADE ME PAY FOR IT!!! and it wasn’t even my fault, CRAZY! I kept paying for my drinks at the bar and waiting for them to get to my table only to get frozen beers,. The bartender with the short hair bob cut me off because I wouldn’t tip her after each beer… like girl what!?!? Here’s a tip … don’t work there.
Then once it turned into a club, the female worker with the braids and the guy with the dreads… HORRIBLE!!! Telling us we couldn’t sit there with a whole attitude like if we’re were the ones who sat ourselves.

The place is very nice, the food is great, but I’m so disappointed with their organization. I was celebrating my birthday, I also bought a bottle and was waiting for more people who were on their way to spend money. We were moved 3 times and worker with dreads had such a nasty at attitude making us move because it was his section yet we had a bottle and hookah with us. He wasn’t nice about it at all. Same way places can deny people service we can deny them our money. I will not be coming back unfortunately who wants to deal with someone who is upset with a funny attitude on their birthday. He didn’t apologize nothing it was like “ oh ya need to move, ya can’t sit here”. Very rude and disappointing. That staff member needs better customer service ethic.
Will not be recommending this place to anyone if that is how they will be treated especially if they are spending money.

We got a $400 “section” that ended up being a leather chair and a table on the dance floor that was crowded and not sectioned off at all…. Including the charge of the table we were all charged an additional $30 at the door.
The club and ambience in general gives cheap. Dj was mid and the scene in general feels far from exclusive apart from its prices for its pretty mediocre service.
Wouldn’t recommend.

Went here a few times I loved the place the food and drinks are good however the female workers are rude, my friend was celebrating her birthday, not only they kept moving us around the entire place with our bottles we purchased and our hookahs and drinks in our hands which is terrible. I also had a friend that everytime she purchased a beer the bartender kept requesting my friend to tip her With each beer that was bought and if she’s not tipped she will kick my friend out which is very unprofessional especially due to the fact we literally just spend hundreds of dollars on food drinks and bottles and she was already well tipped for her service , and when I asked the dj to give my friend a birthday shout out I was told no that I have to pay him to say happy birthday. Disgusting. Won’t be coming back here again.

Meeting up with a couple friends on a Friday night. So it’s my first time here, the bouncer was the first person to greet me. As he greeted me he shake my hand. I was blown away because you don’t find that respect in NYC. They have a live DJ playing and keeping us entertained with music of all genre’s. The atmosphere was vibrant, relaxing and comfortable. The waitress was very kind and helpful. I had habanero wing, she told them not to make them too spicy and I appreciated that. I also had the oven baked Salmon with mash potatoes, and asparagus/ carrots. Very delicious.
I had a very nice time and I would definitely come again. I also found a parking lot a block away. I would rather be safe than sorry!

Omg! This lounge was not on our radar for today , but we stopped and went inside and when I tell you we had a fabulous time , the place was clean , the music was great , the food and our waitress outstanding !!! 5 stars . We will be going back again . It was on a Sunday as well . Kudos to LIQUID!
