Third time is a charm. This location has redeemed itself in my eyes. Service was on point, and my sandwich is beautiful.
Usually very good, like 5+ stars. But today, whoever was on headset seemed unable to multi-task. I got The Remix, opened the wrapper, and there is aoli sauce everywhere. I was determined to try it anyway, but there is so much sauce that I can’t even taste anything else. Best part about this particular meal, the fries were fresh.

Placed the order, 3 sandwiches including the new southwest roast beef. They all came out raw. Then was told all their roast beef is cooked medium rare and an internal temp of 133(which isn’t even Food Safety admissible, considering Food Safety temp is 145 degrees). Never again.

I am a loyalty member with lions choice, I want to say how disappointed i am with the roast beef sandwiches, some days when i get them they are perfect, taste really good, i never go on Mondays here, because the roast beef sandwiches turn out awful, this day in particular I took pictures of my roast beef ( it was a Monday dumb me) it was slimy, tough, overcooked, had a lot of gristle as well just terrible, I had to cut it into little pieces just to be able to eat it this day, now on Fridays, its really good some pink to it, great. Now i feel like i can’t go back here, because you have to guess, is it going to taste good or terrible, i’m not going to find out anymore, i just won’t go back. I have to add that the roast beef sandwiches are really expensive as well, so they have to be perfect, at least taste decent anyway…you have lost a loyalty member, i’m not loyal anymore. I am done with lions choice. I’m tired of spending money on expensive roast beef and the result is subpar food. Somehow they manage to mess up roast beef.

Food was on point. Everyone very friendly. But wanted to give a shout out to lady with blonde hair credit for noticing issues from where she was cooking at and coming to help. She was very attentive to not only what she had to do but helping the group get help with what they needed for dinner.
When the next cook came in I did hear her say she was going to get some extra training in with some of them to pick out days on next schedule so night time managers didn’t have to go through it.
Nice to hear someone wanting it to be easy on the next guy.

Lions Choice usually isn’t my first choice but I wanted to try this Cuban Sandwich everyone has been talking about! It was pretty good for fast food. I had to try de the drive through because I was in a hurry. There was only one in front of and the line moved fast. From order to food in hand was maybe 2 minutes. Serve was fast, not overly chatty and they did verify I had everything before pulling away. Good visit and I’ll come back for another Cuban!

A very clean Lion’s Choice location, and the service was very friendly. Typical LC fare, got a Large Roast Beef Meal. I wish they would actually cook things to your liking— every-time I ask for rare I get medium well, lol. Besides that, a yummy fast food restaurant (much better than Arby’s).

Came to the drive through for food, food was fine but the sodas didnt have any of the syrup in them and tastes terrible. I explained the situation with the beverages being flat and was told to pull around to get them replaced and was again handed the same flat no syrup sodas so I try again asking them to try it for themselves which they refused I was cussed out in the drive thru and told they were going to call the police on me for trying to get my sodas made correctly. I eat here about 5 times a week and this is appalling to deal with over 2 regular sodas the employees on duty refused to make right. I’ll be calling meaningful management about this. Maybe she was drinking or on drugs of some kind but it would have been really easy to tell their machine wasn’t hooked up properly just by trying it for themselves. I never knew people could be this stupid and still survive.

9/13/2025 the guy handing out food didn’t not acknowledge me what so ever and didn’t say a word when I asked him “how’s it going” or “is that everything?” He forgot straws… forgot sauces… and gave me a plain hotdog with nothing on it… awful service…

I used to live on lions choice but had a few bad experiences years ago. I saw about a week ago my lions choice finally installed me parking lot lights and decided to give my local lions choice a try. As soon as I walked in the restaurant was clean well stocked and the staff was quick to great me and take my order. My son and mine order was quick and hot and man was it good. I got a large roast beef sandwich and my son is loving the hotdog. He also loves the fry’s and has cheese sauce for the first time and loves it. And it’s not a lions choice trip without a classic mini cone. I highly recommend this location as not are created equally and enjoy real roast beef.

They are nice and seem to be trying but over and over I get assured all food is in the bag and I keep having missing items. The bag is always so stuffed it’s too hard to check while in the vehicle. Only second bad review I have ever given but after this being what feels to be the 20th time I gotta let it out.
